An un-cluttered main living area has comfortable sofas and is a perfect space to relax and chat, read, or watch TV, the conservatory can make an atmospheric place to dine in all weathers, and opens onto the rear garden that is small but nevertheless a blessing in a big city.
The bedrooms all have bespoke storage with a combination of drawers, shelving and hanging space, and all are fitted with plantation style shutters for a proper night's sleep on your own terms.
The master and second bedrooms on the top floor both enjoy an en-suite shower room/WC and have the rare (in London) benefit of air conditioning.
The two bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom and a separate WC.
Whilst the stairs and landings are carpeted to enable discreet movement around the house, all the rooms (apart from tiled bathrooms) enjoy real wood floors.
Great location in this safe, up-market area offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, amenities and transport links all within easy walking distance.
Guests have sole use of the entire property, garden and parking if required.

The kitchen was designed to allow me to indulge my passion for cooking with generous marble worktops and plenty of easily accessible storage, integrated appliances including:
• wall mounted fan oven
• steam oven and microwave
• 5 ring gas hob with Wok burner (and powerful extractor hood)
• large free-standing American style fridge
• wine cooler
• dishwasher & washer/dryer
• as well as counter top Bosch Tassimo coffee maker.
• The area is open to the living room so one is never left feeling isolated.

Guests have sole use of the entire property, garden and parking if required.

Being in a residential area it is very important that guests respect our neighbours when coming and going from the house, and indeed throughout their stay.
As exciting as it is to arrive in a new place, please try and keep noise to a minimum, especially when arriving with luggage and first exploring the property, or arriving home after a night out.

The closest Underground is Fulham Broadway (green, Diistrict Line) which is a 4/5 minute stroll along a residential streets.
There are also a number of main 24hr bus routes on the Kings Road less than 2 minutes from the house.
Chelsea Harbour Pier is a 15 minute walk and offers the possibility of a scenic boat ride along the Thames towards the city centre and on to Greenwhich and the Thames Barrier (our flood defences) with numerous alighting points along the way and a chance to see a host of London's most iconic buildings.
We recommend you download Citymapper app which will give you numerous route options to and from any locations in and around London including all the airports; postcodes here are very specific and suffice to enter as a destination, and the app will also recognise the names of all tourist attractions.

Highly recommend this accommodation for a really pleasant stay in London. We were a party of eight adults and we all felt there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was wonderfully clean. We all enjoyed VERY comfortable beds with hotel standard bedding. The kitchen was exceedingly well equipped and the host had kindly supplied some basic provisions to get us started. The hosts Alex and Rob offered an outstanding service. Very friendly and attentive, responding to all queries in a prompt and professional manner. The location of the house is brilliant, with both buses and tube stations close by. Also, Chelsea harbour is only a few minutes walk away to jump on the Thames Clipper - excellent for dodging city traffic. All in all, if you're looking for the best private house to stay in, close to the city, this is the place to book!

Great family house This property was wonderful!! We loved everything about it! Very clean and inviting. Linens and towels were excellent. All the toiletries you need were provided! They even had some groceries stocked when we arrived. That was a wonderful surprise so we didn’t have to go to the store right away!! Also there were really nice pubs and restaurants right by the house. Very convenient for a late dinner or drink after a long day. Rob was great too! He was there when we arrived and showed how everything worked. We appreciated the information in the welcome book for advice and maps too. Also close to transportation to the city center. All in all we had a wonderful stay. This was a first class place!! Thank you!!

Wonderful, clean accommodations. Exactly as pictured. Spacious enough for our group of 8. Thoughtful hosts with great communication and care for guests. Many extras provided for guest’s conveniences. Good location although a bit further out for our elderly parents but very manageable for the rest of us. Loved our stay!

Fulham This property was absolutely luxurious, clean, well laid out and fully equipped. Definitely 5 star. It was also in a great location close to underground (5-7 minute walk and easy access to Central London) with some restaurants and pubs even closer. One of the best properties I have stayed at!!

Perfect home base to explore London This was a perfect base from which to explore London for a week with my family (including three hound children). The house is clean, updated, and comfortable and I appreciated that it was well stocked with bath products and pantry essentials, and even some fresh fruit and juice. It was perfectly located less than a ten minute walk from the District Line tube so extremely easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. And the neighborhood was charming and full of restaurant and grocery options. Overall a terrific stay and would do it again!

Excellent housing option! This home is an excellent option if traveling to London. The owners were extremely timely and thorough in their communication including greeting upon arrival and seeing us off at departure. The description and pictures mirror the actual home perfectly. Located less than a 10 minute walk to the Fulham-Broadway tube station, we were able to get to all parts of London seamlessly. Additionally, The Rose Pub across the street was a great dining experience with high quality food and reasonable pricing. Overall, this property is a must if needing a place to stay. We had two families and it suited all of our needs. Thanks again for the excellent hospitality!!!

Fabulous home! This was an impeccable property and the customer service was amazing. Rob was there and gave a thorough tour of the home when we arrived. There were many thoughtful touches, such as a welcome sign and some food staples already in the kitchen for us. We stayed during record-breaking temperatures and the two air conditioning units in the bedrooms kept the whole house comfortable. The location was wonderful. Easy to get around the city. I would stay there again.

Perfect space for a weekend stay or a long getaway. The house is spacious, has a lovely little garden and the solarium is such a nice touch as even if the weather is poor, you still have that outdoor space feel...which is rare in London. The kitchen is a cook’s dream and has everything you could possibly need to cook outstanding meals. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy and the shower in the master bedroom is a dream. Extremely well-located, it’s just a short walk to Fulham Broadway or the Kings Road. Hosts were extremely helpful before and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this space to a couple looking for a nice getaway, a family, or a group of friends / couples looking for an outstanding property. Thanks guys!

Amazing flat with great location Our group of eight (including two children, ages 6 and 7) absolutely LOVED our stay and were sad when it was time to check-out. This is hands down the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Communication with the owners was easy and immediate, everything was explained to us either before or upon arrival (the welcome information book was also very helpful), the neighborhood was safe and conveniently located near public transportation, grocery stores, pubs, and restaurants, the house itself was very clean and had everything we could possibly need, even a few toys and things for the kids to play with! The beds were comfortable and the showers refreshing. The house is on a busy road but the noise didn't bother us, especially after a full day of sightseeing. It's also three stories, with the bedrooms on the second and third floors, but this wasn't an issue for our group. There was enough space for all of us, and we loved having breakfast in the conservatory! We would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to London. 5/5 stars! 06/17/2019 at 12:40 PM

Honestly we couldn’t thank the host more for all his help and we thought the house and it’s location were spot on. We chose to walk in to the city each day along the river and It was perfect. The local pub did great food and all amenities were on hand. I’ve stayed many many times in London but this was far more pleasant than any other to date. We’d stay again. Thanks Sean

Great host, easy to deal with great location. House was very stylish, all our guys (9-10) loved it (most commented on how much a place like that would cost!). Even though we only really used the place for overnight stay we had everything we needed in terms of white goods / kitchen stocks, dishwasher etc etc. The weather ruined our plans for a BBQ - a huge shame as the garden/conservatory would have been ideal!
