Overview
We are proud to present without doubt, one of the most exclusive large 5 bed villas with TWO ELECTRICALLY HEATED pools and games room. This superior detached villa on one floor is very privately situated. Cristal has been fitted and furnished to an extremely high standard, yet leaving it welcoming and comfortable for all guests
The villa is located in the rural and typically Canarian village of Guime, just a 5-10 minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of fabulous golden beaches, as well as its bars, restaurants and shops. The islands largest hypermarket and an excellent modern shopping centre is just three-minute drive. The villa is situated in a central location making it perfect for reaching the islands many beautiful attractions and beaches.
The very large and completely private sunbathing terraces and BBQ area with many sun beds surround the two pools, which are heated all year round and set side by side, one large 11m shaped adult pool with twin dolphin mosaic and another shallow children’s pool. From the terrace there are sea views to Fuerteventura. The villa has a private driveway and parking area enough for several cars. A large covered games room is equipped with a pool table for family enjoyment. The imposing split-level living area is open plan. It has a high, cathedral style wooden ceiling and 3 sets of french doors leading onto the terrace and pool area.
On the upper level there is a large, modern, well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. This leads down to the beautiful living room complete with full internet tv and up to the minute movies which are download for your enjoyment, DVD and stereo system along with views over the terraces, swimming pools and out to sea. The free wi-fi covers all of the villa including outside in the terrace area.
The
There are five attractive bedrooms. Two have double beds, with en-suite bathrooms and dressing area and one with two sets of French doors to the terrace and pool. Three bedrooms have twin beds and there is a further two shower rooms. A sofa bed is also in one of the double rooms giving an additional 2 beds for children making the total available beds to 12. This Villa is absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it full Justice, as it is much bigger than you think. The rooms are all spread out so you have your own little peice of the house to sleep. The open plan living room and kitchen are huge. The pools are fantastic always, warm and just the right size for 10 people. The cleanliness and eye to detail on arrival was spectacular, also everything you need including beach towels, beach bags, assortment of hats, a large basket of sun creams, toys and much more! Everything has been thought about for guests to just turn up and enjoy their holiday.
The villa is set in a beautiful area quite and pretty and is just a 2 minute drive to playa Honda or a 7 minute drive to Puerto Del Carmen, so gives you the option of being in your peaceful haven of the villa or jumping in the car to the hustle and bustle or even the tranquil areas of lanzarote.
Mike the owner could not do enough from the minute we booked and Ted looked after us whilst we were there
We cannot recommend this Villa enough!!! We have stayed in many villas in lanzarote but this one is, most definitely the best...... Outstanding!
We are booking again for next year for sure.

Had a lovely time lots of space great pool lots of plates/glasses/cups etc to cater for everyone. Only negative feedback is their should have been something in the information book explaining how using the electric is not the same as at home it cut out on us 3 times but was easily fixable
