This spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is situated in the front-row of a well-manicured villa complex, with a private pool and huge plot with landscaped gardens, seating areas, and views, views and more views all around.
Located just by the Esentepe Village entrance, the villa is just minutes by car from beaches, restaurants, shops and various other amenities that can be found in the village and along the coast, while tucked back enough from the main road for peace and quiet to enjoy your holiday.
Ideal for families, the villa boasts 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, with en-suite to Master bedroom and two family bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms and a family bathroom are located downstairs with the other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The villa is air conditioned with no electricity limit (unlike most other properties) and you also get a lovely sea breeze from its elevated position overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. There is free wi-fi included as well as a DVD player and TV box to keep you entertained during your stay. There is a cot and high chair for families with young ones and an airbed can be provided on request. The beds are prepared with fresh linen and towels, with extra bedding and towels provided for stays of 2 weeks and more. While the villa is on bus route, a hire car is recommended to be able to freely explore all that the area and the island have to offer.

“I'm from Cyprus for the first time I've seen such a super house. I had private guests from Istanbul, we rented this house to spend the new year with them, everything was complete in the house, we stayed for about 15 days. When we entered the house, we were very scared that we would not be able to find any items, but there was everything in the house in full for a-z children, games for adults, music system, kitchen utensils, cat food and dog food, there were so many things that I could not count as dog food. The host had given us options that were well worth the price, and the view was amazing. I'm very satisfied, I'm very happy, I will always stay in this house from now on.”
we stayed in the villa the past week over xmas. the villa is absolutley stunning and the owner (Jo) is extremley helpfull. everything is catered for just bring your clothes, drinks and food. the rooms were spotless and the beds are so comfortable, they have satallite tv, games for everyone and a pool to die for, including loads of inflatables. Anyone thinking of hiring a villa in north cyprus dont look any further i cannot recomend the villa enough, its absolutley beautiful and the views are stunning 10/10
I was in heaven ... this is probably the best way to describe this place ... everything is perfect, fully equipped, everything you need is there, very clean, peace and quiet, relaxation for the body and mind, wonderful views ... I'll be back next year ... thank you 😍
I had a wonderful 2 weeks a the villa It’s spacious bright and air conditioning every room is beautiful decorated Gardens are Beautiful and well kept as well as a large pool Lots of thing to do at the villa Everything is provided to make you stay as comfortable as home Can’t wait till I visit again
“The villa is great in a beautiful quiet location with beautiful sea views. The villa is very spacious, clean, every room has air conditioning and the pool is a big plus. Sandy was very friendly and helped us with our questions and problems. We had a couple of problems when we ran out of tap water, but Sandy immediately sent us a tank of water. There's also lots of board games and DVDs so we were never bored. We had a great time.”
