Overview
This bright and roomy luxury villa is situated on the Glenbrook Resort.
This villa has everything you need with luxury upgraded furniture.
It is only 10 minutes from the Disney entrance and 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
There are two large supermarkets within 2-5 minutes and bars and restaurants are within 2-10 minutes.
There are four double bedrooms as follows
1 king with ensuite bathroom and hair dryer. Patio doors opening onto the pool area!
1 queen with patio doors opening on to the pool area!
2 sets of twin bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a TV and DVD and one of the twins has a VCR combi. All linen and towels are provided.
The family area has a TV and DVD, CD player . There are also some DVD films, books and board games and iPod docking station.
There are 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed) and 1 armchair. There are patio doors from the family area leading out on to the pool and spa area - which is also furnished with high quality patio furniture.
The Kitchen and dining area are again fully equipped. There is a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with icemaker, waste disposal, water filter tap attached to the sink, dishwasher. All utensils are supplied. There is a wash room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dining area has table and chairs with two matching bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The pool and spa area is north facing and fully screened. BBQ can be hired from the clubhouse at extra cost but this has to be used outside the pool area on the grass to avoid damage to the pool deck. (pool and spa can be heated at an additional charge of £150.00 per week).
The large double garage has been converted into a Fully Equipped Games Room - Pool table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table,Bar table and 2 bar stools.
There is a 2 car driveway.
There is also a safe in the villa, the code will be provided at an extra charge.
Prior to your arrival a print of your credit card will be taken for breakage cover of $500 this is refundable if no damage. A print of your credit card is compulsory.
Glenbrook Resort Facilities
There is an on-site concierge. My Management Company which look after the villa are in the USA are also on call if there are any queries. The Concierge in the clubhouse can answer any queries about with park tickets and information. There are no keys at the villa you have a door code and an alarm code set specifically for you, this is given to you prior to you arriving and changes for each guest so you do not have to drive around trying to find your Management company to provide the keys and then go in another direction looking for your villa! It is all very easy, you just drive straight to your holiday villa - so dont worry if you arrive late!
The villa also has the security of a burglar alarm.
I also have free WIFI for your use at the villa so feel free to bring your laptops.
The Clubhouse has a gym/fitness room, games room and a media room with internet access free of charge. There is a lovely communal swimming pool with mushroom waterfall, a large sun decking area with sun-relaxers, patio tables and chairs and sun parasols. There are also tennis and basket ball courts and a kiddies play area.
All the parks and major attractions are easy to get to from Glenbrook and are all very near.
Disneys entrance is only 10 minutes away. Other attractions are between 10 and 20 minutes away.

Stayed here August 2023. Me and my family had an amazing time in the villa. Everything you could possibly need. Ideal location for shopping and the parks. The owner and management company were fantastic. On our return home our flight got cancelled due to hurricane Idalia, got in contact with management and was able to book an extra night. Would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

Great location, hosts/owner communicated well. It’s on the older side of villas, fairly worn furniture, carpet, kitchen floor, but a good deal for a family not planning on staying inside the whole time. It was a lovely games room.

A wonderful villa in a fantastic location. We were a family of 7 and stayed here for 2 weeks in August. The villa offered plenty of space and the games room and pool were a welcome break from the hectic themeparks.
Plenty of facilities around with large supermarkets on the door step.
Will recommend to family and friends.

An excellent home away from home. The villa was nicely decorated, well maintained and equipped. The pool was wonderful for the grandkids. The villa is located convenient to all attractions, yet away from heavy traffic. I would highly recommend this property.

I’ve owned my property for just over 20 years now. I’d been out to Orlando to attend a wedding and stayed in a villa quite a way out from Kissimmee and enjoyed the freedom of having my own pool and relaxing in the evenings rather than staying in a hotel. On my return home I promptly started looking into buying my own villa. I flew back out on a 3 day turn around and chose the plot that my villa is built on chose the style of building I wanted putting on it then ordered furniture and decoratives from an interior designer. It was an exciting time and a year later it was built and I closed on it. I love that it’s close enough to drive to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful so I can float around in the pool just relaxing and loving life ❤️
