***POOL SPA HEATING
There s a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. Pool is enclosed.

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost- Other vacation gear or propane grill needs to be outsourced at your own expense.

The villa was perfectly situated for all of the Orlando tourist attractions and less than 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket.
The villa was very clean and so spacious and included all the amenities we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough towels for our stay. The children particularly enjoyed the pool table and air hockey in the garage. The pool area was spacious too and not overlooked at the back at all which was very nice.
There are a couple of things we would feedback to improve; the first is the mattress in room 1, it felt so stiff and hard, it was extremely uncomfortable, thankfully there were only 4 of us so we used an alternative bedroom.
The second is regarding the pool area as the furniture was a bit worn out and only x2 sun loungers - i imagine if there was a larger party that would be a bit frustrating. Additionally the pool had a lot of green algi when we arrived, however after an email, the maintence team cleaned it immediately. It did start to turn green again though the following week.
Overall, we would highly recommend this villa, it was thr perfect base for us as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank-you for having us! 😊

Nicely situated villa in a very secure complex with security staff on duty. Excellent location for everything Disney/Universal and a Publix supermarket, 7 eleven and petrol station close by as well as other shops and great restaurants. Fully recommend
