Overview
Now available again, this stunning detached villa is located in Blue Lagoon a well established area which from the roof terrace offers great views of the Mediterranean. Ceiling fans have been installed recently in addition to air conditioning on every level. No hidden extra charges. Internet via Wi-Fi.
There is a well maintained garden with ample sun loungers, chairs and tables. It also includes a large sun canopy for shade. There are several seating areas and a BBQ.
Only a few minutes from the safe sandy Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig which are ideal for children. A variety of shops and bars are in walking distance with 3 course meals for €5.95 including wine and a range of entertainment. We are also in walking distance of La Fuente which has an even larger selection of bars and restaurants with good quality entertainment. Also only five minutes away is the famous Villamartin plaza with over 30 bars and restaurants where you will also find cafes, ten-pin bowling and banks and a mini-market completing all the necessary facilities.
Nearby there is a large Mercadona supermarket which also delivers. Buses available to the beaches and local area. There are also seasonal buses from the next street to Torrevieja and to San Miguel de Salinas on market day. One of the largest shopping centres in Europe has opened in La Zenia which is about 3km away. If you are looking for a lively holiday or just to unwind and relax this location is ideal.
There are several water parks in the area including Aquapolis which is reasonably priced (and free parking across the road). Ride on the lazy river or on some breathtaking rides such as the Kamikaze. There is another water park called AquaPark Flamingo which is less scary.
Torrevieja:
A short 20 minute drive is Torrevieja with its fabulous Marina, beaches, water parks, market, bars and restaurants.
Alicante:
Alicante is only 45 minutes away with its beautiful boulevard and pleasant shopping streets, and among other things also has a fabulous marina and beaches.
Benidorm:
About 1 hour and 15 minutes away is Benidorm Spains largest tourist resort. With hundreds of restaurants, bars and clubs. Benidorm is also home to Terra Mitica Spains first real theme park, An Aqua park, Marineland and Zoo plus much much more.
To the south there is Murcia with its beautiful cathedral and numerous shops etc.
Further south there is the historic Cartagena with its Roman attractions and tours.
GREAT GOLF COURSES
The property is also situated within 5 minutes of 5 top class golf courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor & La Finca PGA golf course. Villamartin was host to the Spanish Open in 1984. Within the area there are twelve other courses, including La Manga, which is approx. 40 mins drive. We can provide details of many more courses in the area.
There is probably one of the biggest and best choices of golf courses in the world here and there are several golfing parties that make return bookings because of this.
GREAT WEATHER
COSTA BLANCA enjoys the best climate in Spain, with on average over 300 days sunshine per year and less than 30 days rain. Moreover, the Torrevieja region is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live in the world. Partly because of the sunshine, but also because of the two huge salt lakes within 2km of the town centre. These salt lakes draw moisture from the air resulting in an extremely low humidity level.

Four adults and my eight year old grandson stayed at the villa. The villa is situated in an urbanisation which although quite ‘built up’ was incredibly quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. My grandson enjoyed the pool- spent most of the holiday in it! We visited local beaches- 10 minute drive and stunning! BBQ’ed and ate out on a couple of occasions and the food was fantastic! Lots of supermarkets such as Aldi and Mercadona.
Overall enjoyed our stay - had a peaceful stay with lots to do nearby.

The villa is lovely located with an excellent and clean pool. It was ideal for two families as we were a group of 9. The communication with the owner was outstanding who I had regular contact with before we went out and during our stay. We would recommend this villa to others.

We stayed in this villa for a hen do earlier this month. The villa was very well equiped and as we were a party of 10 it was great to have two apartments as part of one villa. The pool was an ideal size and there was plenty of garden equipment such as sun loungers, tables and chairs to make relaxing around the pool easy.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area which was lovely, however be prepared for a good 10-15min walk to the nearest shops, bars. if you are wanting to visit busier towns you will need to use taxis. We found the local taxi firm to be very friendly and helpful so getting around was not a problem.
Overall we had a lovely stay here and it is recommended for big parties and ideal for two families.

A last minute booking after being let down over another villa. Great communication from Kay, she was very accommodating and provided lots of information about the villa and area. The villa itself was even bigger than expected, perfect for our group of 9. Molly, who was looking after the villa, was welcoming and helpful and checked in on us a couple of days in and before we left. Overall we had a brilliant holiday and the villa was really the hub of it.

A group of 7 of us stayed in the villa located on Calle Cadiz, in the Villamartin area. The communication throughout the booking process and prior to our arrival was excellent. On arrival we were greeted by Molly, (Molly only lives three doors down the road and popped in from time to time to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed), we were given a tour of the property and shown where all the amenities were etc. The pool was a great size, although as we were playing golf every day we probably didnt make as much use of it as we could have done. The villa is in a quiet residential area, there are a number of bars in walking distance at the bottom of the road, but if you are looking to go to the beach a car would be advisable. The property itself is split over two levels, the upstairs comprises of a kitchen, living room and two twin rooms with a toilet/shower room, there is also a further double bedroom with en suite and a good sized balcony with great views over the surrounding area. On the lower level there is a second kitchen and living room along with two double bedrooms and a twin room. Around the pool there is ample space for dining and sunbathing. The villa was clean throughout and had air conditioning in each room. We had an excellent stay and would recommend to groups and families. Due to the layout of the villa it would especially appeal to groups of 2 families as both the upper and lower levels are self contained offering privacy for each family while enjoying the communal areas together.
