Woodlands Disney Villa, Sandy Ridge

Great stay in a lovely villa. tremendous pool area that is not overlooked.
Owners were so helpful. Next time we are in Florida, we hope to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was very clean, plenty of amenities and would definitely recommend this property. It had a Games Room with a pool table, air hockey, table football and inflatable pool toys. It also had a good size swimming pool and jacuzzi and would recommend heating the pool/jacuzzi this time of the year. Would definitely stay in this villa again.

We have stayed in many villa over the years around Florida and have to say this was easily the best yet not saying the others are bad but. Woodlands villa is spotless, tastefully furnished (no Mickey Mouse themed rooms here), fully equipped with absolutely everything you can think of or will need, nice games room. Pool area that is head and shoulders above the normal due to its size, seclusion and woodland backdrop. The location just a few minutes from Champions gate and the I4 junction is perfect. Have to say the I4 and roadworks were a pain. Couldn’t believe the volume of traffic and ensuing jams very different to when we were last in the area prior to covid. As far as local places to eat we have always found Champions gate area ok but previously a bit limited that however is no longer the case the restaurants here were absolutely brilliant, great service, nice ambiance and tasty food to name a few: Chillis, Longhorn steak house, Millers ale house and Olive Garden. Yes I know they are standard franchises but these knocked the spots of other restaurants we ended up eating at in the more tourist areas of the 192 or the dreaded international drive. Would I stay here again? Absolutely we had a fantastic holiday made even better with this lovely villa, thanks Mick, Kathy, Jack &Tom

Thank you….it’s great to hear how much you liked the villa and that you enjoyed your stay. We have tried to make it like a home from home rather than “just another vacation rental”Like you, we love the extra space in the pool area and the privacy with the woodland behind.
We know what you mean about the I4 traffic but are hoping that once the roadworks have been completed things will be much better. Fingers Crossed!

Wonderful stay at woodlands villa, loads of space , well equipped with everything you need. Location was excellent so close to all Orlando has to offer. The pool was fantastic as was the spa. Really quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely be booking this villa again. Thank you

We have been to Florida on holiday for the past 7 years and this is the best villa we have stayed in by far. It was spotless, well equipped and the location was quite and very private. The pool and jacuzzi wear brilliant and after having a busy day shopping or at the theme parks it was great to get back relax in both. Owners were more that helpful and nothing was a problem. Neil the owner called to see how the holiday was going which was lovely. Planning a trip back soon and will definitely be back for a visit, it was a home from home. Thanks again the Norwood family from Glasgow, Scotland.

We have just returned from a great holiday in the villa, and is located close to Disney World, with most of the parks only a short 15-20 minute drive. The villa is very well equipped with everything we could have needed, and we were very happy to call it home for our 2 weeks stay. The pool is a great size for a family with a good level of seclusion. We will have no hesitation in returning here on a future return visit.
