Overview
You enter this modern fully air-conditioned apartment in the open plan living room/ dining/ kitchen. The lounge is furnished with a comfy sofa bed, coffee table, marble dining table with 4 chairs and seafront balcony with wonderful beach/seaviews. The fully fitted kitchen is ideal for self catering with a 4 burner hob, cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine fridgefreezer and all your utensils. You have a designer shower/wc and your double master bedroom at the rear of the apartment.
Linen and towels included but not beach towels. The apartment manager lives on site and as well as handling you booking is available to ensure you have a fantastic holiday. Services on offer include welcome packs, airport transfers, car hire, excursion information, extra cleaning etc etc
Sunset holiday Apartment
It is non-smoking but you have the balcony where you can smoke if you wish. The onsite pool is open from 9am - 7pm (May until the end of Oct), their are plenty of sun loungers available and a small kiddies pool. The beach at the front of the complex has sun loungers and umbrellas available for a small charge and is blue flag standard. The regions surf and water sports school and club is just a 10 min walk along the beach and caters for all skill levels and ages.
Perfect holiday location
To make the most of your holiday you need the best location possible. One that offers privacy but easy access to tourist facilities and nightlife, beaches and amenities. Sunset A7 has a superb beachfront location in the centre of the tourist resort of Calis making it the perfect holiday base. Tourist facilities on your doorstep include bars, restaurants, shops, bazaars, all water sports and wide selection of daily excursions. The historic harbour town of Fethiye is just 4km away and can be reached by public transport, on foot, or bike via the seafront promenade.

We had a lovely 3 week stay, ample space, great views of the ocean and Esplanade below from the balcony, great location at the top end of the Esplanade, supermarket around the corner for all our needs, and dolmus stops at the end of the side street. Julian was great to deal with, very attentive and accommodating to our needs or queries. He was always available when needed. We had a great stay!! Thanks Julian!

Fantastic apartment with breathtaking views of the sunset. Great location, clean, tidy and well equipped with what you need.
Julian is very professional, fantastic organising our transfers, welcome pack and nothing too much trouble when you are in resort, that’s why we have booked this apartment three times with Julian and looking forward to booking for 2023.

excuse my English !! I was with my daughter in the apartment and we felt very comfortable, for me no hotel is in question.
From Julian I can only report the best, very nice and courteous person.
All in all, I can only recommend this facility and I will be back next year.

Had another great holiday at Sunset apts. Well equipped especially with new microwave which was a great addition.As we were there early this year it was a bit cool at night so we were glad of the extra blankets.Only slight draw back was the wifi was not very good. Hope to go back next year. Julian, who looks after the property is very very helpful and is always on hand should you need him It is well worth taking the welcome pack as it is great value.

Our third year at this apartment and won't be our last. Beautiful views and perfect location for the stunning sunsets. The area is very quiet but has the beach bar opposite and a couple of bars and restaurants within a stone's throw. A short walk along the promenade brings you to a large selection of restaurants and bars. There is a hotel next door, the Letoon, which has an upstairs bar, Uptown, which plays music but I didn't find this intrusive and enjoyed the music especially the tanto evening they have. The apartment ticks all the boxes for us and its good that there's always Julian on hand should any assistance be required.
