Seaside Villa No:20, Calis Beachfront 3 Bed With Shared Pools

Seaside 20 is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 ensuite bathroom triplex beach front holiday villa. It is fully equipped for self catering to an excellent standard with air-conditioning throughout sleeping up to 6 guests all in beds. Located at the end of Calis's new promenade, this well maintained complex is in a peaceful spot but close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the resorts tourist amenities. The historic town of Fethiye is 8km away and can be easily reached by bike, water taxi, normal taxi or local buses. Gocek, Kaya and Oludeniz are all less than 30 minutes drive away.

The villa has its own private ground entrance leading into an open plan style kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a wc on the ground floor. There is a large glass sliding patio door that leads to a private balcony with built in BBQ and beyond to the garden, shared pool and sun bathing terrace.

Marble stairs lead up to the 1st floor where you have 2 bedrooms both ensuite; 1 double with a balcony & seaviews and a twin bedroom with a French balcony.
On the 3rd floor you have bedroom number 3 which is a double with ensuite and private roof terrace with fantastic seaviews.

Guests will be checked in on arrival and given resort and villa information so you can make the most of your stay.
Private Dalaman return airport transfers can be arranged when booking for your easy arrival. For 1-3 guests £80 GBP covering both ways, 4-5 guests £90 and for 6+ £130 GBP.
Car hire can also be arrange either from the airport or dropped off at the villa.

Mid holiday cleaning can be booked costing £35 per visit.
