Superbly-furnished spacious second-floor apartment, three hundred metres from the best beach in Marbella and the Las Dunas de Carib Playa National Park. Free 100Mb fibre Wifi and central aircon.
Finished in 2005 to a high standard, this spacious 3-bedroom apartment has two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath and thermostatic shower) and a usually quiet terrace overlooking the Hotel Artola gardens, with views of the sea, and all the facilities needed to make your self-catering rental comfortable and enjoyable. The nearest beach is 300 metres away.

Apartment is cleaned before visit free of charge. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy.
Clean sheets and bathroom towels are provided free of charge.
Facilities in the apartment include 40" Sony TV, Weber gas barbecue on the terrace. Microsoft Xbox 360 with games, DVD players/TVs with DVDs in all bedrooms and surround sound in the lounge.
Channels available on the TV include BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, Sky Premiere movies, Sky Sports, CBBC, Disney and a wide range of other channels. The apartment building is surrounded by well-kept gardens and has a large swimming pool and childrens pool, both of which are guarded by a safety fence.. There is private secured car-parking in the underground garage and a lift up to the apartment itself. Air-condtioning/heating is supplied as standard throughout the apartment and there is a ceiling fan in the terrace. A Dolce Gusto coffee-maker is in the kitchen (Dolce Gusto pods are available from most Spanish supermarkets)

2Gether (Distance 400m) Al fresco dining with South American cuisine. Serves very good barbecues in the summer.
Triana Beach bar (Distance 600m) In a lovely setting right by the beach, very good value – open during the Summer.
Jaipur Palace (Distance 700m) Modern and traditional cuisine. One of the best Indian restaurants along the coast.
Meson del Pueblo -Village Inn (Distance 700m ) Barbeque specialists. Tourist flamenco shows.
Rancho Grill (Distance 800m) Specializes in meat dishes. Very popular with Spanish businessmen at lunchtime. Good value fixed price menu.
Mandarin Chinese (Distance 900m) There is a wide range of Asian restaurants within a short distance of the apartment, but this is the closest and operates a restaurant and takeaway service.
Simbad El Marino (Distance 1 Km) Spanish, fish is fresh and the fish is chosen from the fish counter before cooking. Popular with locals.
Da Bruno Italian (Distance 1.2Km) This popular restaurant was visited by Victoria and David Beckham. It serves a wide variety of pizza, pasta and classical Italian dishes.
Restaurante Club Doscientos (Distance 1.3 Km) Literally next to the sea at high tide, there is a nightclub attached which is open in the evenings. Spanish cuisine.
Alberts (Distance 1.4 km) British mainly, excellent for breakfasts and lunches, especially Sunday roast. Try the lobster if you are feeling rich.
El Puerto (Distance 1.4km) Spanish, smart fish restaurant at the side of the port with views over port and beach.
Papillon (Distance 1.7 Km) Next to beach, serves a wide range of International cuisine.
La Hacienda (Distance 2.5 Km) Short taxi ride away. A wonderful place for special occasions with an innovative tasting menu.
Beach House, Elviria (Distance 5Km) Short taxi ride away for special occasions, setting and food is superb especially at sunset.

Had another fantastic stay at Philips lovely apartment. Communication with Philip and management team excellent ( even when i kept calling wrong number when we arrived). As previously stayed at the property, we knew where the property was and the facilities it offers, they didn't disappoint. New updated TV is on offer, no issues with connection or with the wi-fi connection for our 11 night stay. All white goods, kitchen utensils in good condition, wanted for nothing in apartment. BBQ on balcony excellent.
There is a great restaurant Rancho Grill within 5 minutes or so walking, and the beach with the beach front walkway from Cabopino all the way to La Cala a short walking distance away. Parking place in the garage is very handy with an elevator to the apartment.
Security at the apartment is really good. Key entrance to the complex, stairwell and to the flat. Full air conditioning and the three double bedrooms more than adequate for our needs. A home from home!!!

Very nice place to stay, everything is thought of for a homely feel and to make you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place of accomodation.
A few things about the area:
It would be so much easier to hire a car a the location is in a quiet residential area and the nearest shop is 15 minutes walk.. the nearest supermarket is 20 minutes walk away which isnt far but the walk is over a footbridge on the dual carriageway. A Pub called the village inn is 15minutes walk away and their so friendly there. Theres buses to Marbella and Fuengirola which are very cheap €2 or less each but a taxi is about €20 also taxi drivers struggle to find the place so would recommend telling them a place which is close to it like the rancho grill and then directing them from there (even take a picture so they know).
The only problem we had with the apartment is we paid for english tv and then when we got there the guidebook said that it uses the wifi and could be a problem to use and when we tried it, it didnt work its not worth paying out for. Everything else was very good.
This apartment is really nice and comfortable. The lokal management is so helpful when anything fails. There is a short walking distance to a wonderful beach (best in spain). Parking place in the garage is very handy with an elevator to the apartment. We have stayed at this place several times and hope to be back again soon. Thank you Philip for this opportunity.
The apartment was superbly furnished and equipped. it was an excellent choice for our winter break, shame about the noisy main road (N340) too close for comfort; there was no facility for pedestrian/cyclist use, and it was the only route to supermarkets. The boardwalk was most enjoyable.
