A luxurious and spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the most sought-after Fuente Aloha complex located in the heart of the popular Aloha dining district, and just 2 minutes' drive to chic Puerto Banus. The apartment is fabulous! There are all modern conveniences available for you including broadband WIFI, international television channels and air conditioning. Modern, luxury, stunning 2-bedroom apartment near Puerto Banus. The urbanisation has great facilities: private gym, indoor heated swimming pool with sauna and a fabulous free to form outdoor communal pool and beautiful lush garden grounds. This is a perfect holiday home in winter and in summer and is ideally located in Aloha with all amenities close by.

THE APARTMENT:

The apartment is situated on the first floor (lift access) with a wrapped terrace facing south-west to north west. The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. The apartment has an open-plan living area with a leather sofa and two arm chairs facing a large wall mounted flat screen TV, which has access to many U.K. & International options including Movies & Sporting channels. Within the lounge there is an informal dining area with table and seating for six. Glass sliding patio doors lead onto a partially covered terrace with dining table and chairs for dining al fresco. Sleeping accommodation is spread over two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, lots of wardrobe space and an extremely spacious en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The second bedroom has two single beds and also enjoys plenty of wardrobe space. There is also a large family bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate WC. The apartment has the benefit of air conditioning - hot & cold. There is one allocated car parking space underneath the building which is accessed using a swipe card which is given to you on arrival. If you have more than one car there is plenty of free street parking located immediately outside the complex entrance.

THE COMPLEX:

Fuente Aloha is an all year-round holiday home. There is a heated Indoor heated swimming pool and sauna which is magnificent to use during the cooler months. The indoor pool is heated to around 35° so perfect to relax or splash around with the kids. Within the spa area is a private air-conditioned gymnasium with weight training apparatus and general fitness machines. Within the centre of the complex there is a free to form communal swimming pool set in lush tropical gardens. Fuente Aloha is an enclosed gated community with 24-hour security, so children can run around and play very safe.

THE AREA:

Directly outside the complex is the central dining district of Aloha where you have an array of restaurants, cafes, delis and bars to choose from. There is also a taxi rank immediately outside and also a public bus service runs to Puerto Banus. Aloha has become the place to go to enjoy a fantastic night out with many new, modern, fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, the choice is incredible, to suit all tastes and budgets. Other amenities are also on your doorstep such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, hair/beauty salons, bike hire, dry cleaners, etc. There are some of the best golf courses in the region right on the doorstep: Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Naranjos Golf Clubs are minutes away so we are the perfect base for a golfing holiday. For those wanting to simply chill out then the laid-back café culture of Aloha is perfect, the ideal place to relax and watch the world go by! Puerto Banus is literally just 2 minutes’ drive in the car where you can shop until you drop, or dine in style in the marina and enjoy spectacular views of some of the finest boats and yachts in the world. Marbella old town is a short journey of perhaps 10-15 minutes where the pace of life is somewhat slower, the place to sample some of the best traditional tapas of the region.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Bookings are not accepted from groups where anyone is under the age of 25 unless they are children accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Bookings for stag/bachelor/hen groups are also not accepted.
