Luxurious and Superior appointed Ground Floor apartment, the former showhome for Polaris, sleeps 4/5 persons. It has outstanding frontline golf views of the 15th Tee immediately from it's 60m Terrace. With sweeping views across the lake and to the 13th and 14th golf holes and the mountains beyond. It is Adj to 2 large swimming pools each with their own poolside furniture - you do not need to bring your own, and with 2 separate toddler/child pools. These pools are all fenced for child security/safety and are supervised by the hotel. The apartment has been fitted out with no expense spared, including luxury fittings and furniture. Security enhanced with electronic shutters and alarm systems. It is located in the centre of the resort, just 3 mins from the driving range and 5 mins from the Clubhouse and hotel and bars. Further Restaurants and Bars are available nearby in the outside Boulevard. The stunning beaches and restaurants of Los Alcazares are a short 15 min drive away, straight road - see the google map.

Master bedroom with kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom, large double wardrobe. Patio doors to large terrace & golf views. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe + private balcony. Both rooms have cold/hot aircon + ceiling fans. Fold up bed for 5th person.

En-suite bathroom to master has recently fitted double shower with seat area. Double sink with storage below and double mirror. Toliet and bidet. Main bathroom has shower cubicle, toilet and sink fittings.

Kitchen is beatutifully appointed with breakfast bar at one end, with cooker, hob & extractor, new Indesit large fridge/freezer (frost free), new Zanussi dishwasher and new Hotpoint 8kg washing
machine. Electronic boiler/hot water system.

Additional kitchen info is that it is fitted with a range of cupboards and worksurfaces. Each cupboard contains an assortment of pots/pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and various utensils/devices for you to use. In addition bosch kettle, toaster + microwave.

Contemporary lounge with large and comfy leather sofa (legs also extend) & chaise. New 42 inch Samsung 3D Smart LED TV, BlueRay DVD. High gloss cabinets. Digibox for UK TV plus Sky streaming box for all Movies, Sports and Childrens channels + catch up box sets. FREE Wi-Fi internet access. Round dining table, 4 chairs.

Aircon (Cold & Hot) to all rooms and with Ceiling Fans to both bedrooms to allow "quiet" sleeping. Quality light fittings throughout, Stools at Breakfast Bar x 3. Iron & Ironing Board supplied. Security Shutters throughout and Alarm entry system fitted.

The large terrace has folding glass curtains that slide open or can be kept closed. The terrace has lounge furniture to sit and relax and the extending dining table and chairs can seat upto 6 persons. At the side of the terrace is a large storage area with pull down shutter. This stores additional beach equipment, BBQ utensils and Golf Clubs. We store several sets of golf clubs for guests to use free of charge. The outside terrace is surrounded by landscaped gardens leading to the golf course and lake. We have a brick built BBQ for guests to use on the terrace.

The apartment is truly outstanding and given it was the former showhome for polaris world says this one stands out from the crowd. It is located on the 5* Mar Menor Golf Resort & Spa, which has at its centre the Intercontinental Hotel and clubhouse, and nearby bars & restaurants. The resort is set behind its own gated community, with secure access and guarded patrols, which makes it a secure, safe and relaxed complex.

The property is provided to a very high standard. The owners are a company director and a trained interior designer, and this is reflected in the colours, fabrics and furnishings of the property and to a very high standard of finish.

Mar Menor is home to the fabulous Jack Nicklaus 18-hole signature golf course. The apartment has direct views of the 13th and 14th holes and is located by the tee of the 15th hole. It has uninterrupted views of the golf course, the lake and mountains beyond. A truly stunning setting.

You are located just 3 mins from the Driving Range and 2 mins on again is the Clubhouse, where various equipment and tuition can be hired, including clubs, trolleys and golf buggies etc. At the heart of the Mar Menor resort is the Hotel, the Golf Course and Clubhouse (Spikes Bar). This is served by a number of Al Fresco Bars/Dining and including a communal swimming pool at El Olivio's. Pino's Bar, includes nightly entertainment. The nearby Boulevard also serves further restaurants and bars, including Irish Bars, Route 66 and unusual Italian/Indian restaurant if you cant decide what to eat or your family has a split choice! Many, many more nearby by car and taxi (some collect as a service by the restaurants). We will provide you with a good selection of examples at the apartment by way of an information booklet to get you started.

The Mar Menor resort also has a well stocked SPAR supermarket open 7-days. Larger alternatives are available nearby on route to Los Alcazares, and at Dos Mares etc (exit 777 from AP7 Motorway).

The area is renowned for its golf courses and the nearby Polaris World Golf Resorts of La Torre, Peraleja, Hacienda Riquelme, El Valle etc are all just a short 10/15 mins drive away, together with many, many more!

For the children/adults a 18-hole crazy golf course is located just 5 mins drive away - details will be supplied with the booking as part of an information booklet for your enjoyment.

The fabulous award winning Beaches of the Mar Menor are just a 10 min drive away (straight road). This will take you to the Beach at Los Alcazares, and there are many others nearby. The Mar Menor beaches are renowned due to being lagoon like ("the worlds largest swimming pool") separated by the strip of land of La Manga from the Ocean. This means that the water temperature is considerably warmer and it is very shallow, child friendly, minimal waves + disabled access/facilities.

5* apartment with great views across the lake The location is one of the best on the resort being directly opposite the large lake and only a couple of minutes walk to the hotel and golf clubhouse. There's also a large swimming pool right next door and plenty of outside space. The apartment itself is really nice with high quality furnishings throughout and the large glazed in patio area was a bonus. Unfortunately for us, half way through our holiday, Spain went into lock down due to the Coronavirus outbreak so we had to spend quite a lot of time inside. Mark was excellent throughout , keeping us fully updated with information and kindly offering to let us stay as long as we needed if we couldn't get home. The full TV package and free wifi was very useful as it turned out.
