THE AREA:
Agios Sostis is on the south coast of Tinos Island, right across from Mykonos. It is one of the most sought-after areas for family holidays due to its long sandy beach, the excellent Aegean views and the short distance from Tinos town. - The long sandy beach of Agios Sostis is only 5-minutes walk from the house (300m), as is the nearest cafe and restaurant. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Island, favoured by families due to the shallow and safe waters for the children.

Tinos town (5km) is about 8-minutes drive. It is full of life with many restaurants and cafes, shopping streets, medieval cobbled streets, Monuments, Museum, Cultural Centre, and the impressive Cathedral of Megalochari. - Coach tours around the island as well as boat trips to the islands of Andros, Syros, Mykonos, Delos, Paros Naxos and Santorini are available on a daily basis.

THE ISLAND:
Tinos has a lot to offer. - It combines beautiful beaches, traditional quaint villages, historic and cultural interests, taverns and restaurants everywhere you go and magnificent views on your way. - The local people are warm and friendly, the food is original and the prices are excellent!

There are numerous beautiful beaches around the Island, most with little taverns offering fresh fish and traditional Greek dishes, at very reasonable prices. - Visiting the authentic Cycladic villages will be a fascinating experience. - The roads are pretty good and most villages have traditional cafes and taverns, with refreshments and food.

Interesting places to visit would be the Cathedral of Evangelistria, the Archaeological Museum and the Cultural Centre in Tinos town, the Marble Art museum in Pyrgos, the Ursuline convent in Loutra, and the home of the famous sculptor Halepas. - Throughout the season, several summer festivals in many villages, offer a warm welcome to everybody with traditional music and dance, as well as complimentary wine and snacks. - Tinos is the place you can relax, enjoy your holiday and discover the real taste of Greece.

A WARM WELCOME:
We are delighted to be able to offer such a comfortable and well located accommodation and we would like to invite you to discover our Island. - Our charming seaside holiday home overlooking the Aegean sea, next to a beautiful beach and close to Tinos town, would be ideal for your unforgettable Greek holiday. - We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you and we will make every effort, to enhance your holiday experience.

The house was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the view from the terrace was relaxing and beautiful. The place was very clean and well kept. Our hosts were gracious and hospitable. The only thing I’d note is to be prepared to walk up many hills and stairs frequently. My mother in law had a bad hip and could not navigate the stairs alone. This is common throughout everywhere we travelled in Greece, especially the traditional villages and islands. Along with swimming in the picturesque waters and walking, you will stay or get in shape! We can’t wait to return.
