The property is part of Niriides complex of residences and is located at the slope of Vourni bay, at a distance of 6 km from the town of Tinos, on an area of 4.000 square meters and at a distance of 60m from the bay beach.
A traditional three levels, 98 m2 residence villa that can sleep up to 6 people, Ideal for families that enjoy swimming and relaxing by the beach.
In the basement there is one bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and a big bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a living room where one person can sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom . On the veranda there is a large dining table under the pergola with amazing sea view.
On the upper floor there is a double bed.
A common use stone BBQ and stone oven are available for you to cook your meals.
There is also a beautiful garden around the property.

Iam the owner of this amazing property , that is just a walking distance from the sea. The view from villa is unique, will make you relax. An amazing fish restaurant you will find by the beach. Vourni area is the nicest area in Tinos.
