Overview
Windsor Hills Retreat is a fully air conditioned spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury property located at the top of the prestigious guard gated Windsor Hills community in Kissimmee, Florida.
The property sleeps 12 people and features the largest floor plan available within the community with a whirlpool spa pool that flows into the palm tree lined private south facing swimming pool.
The property spans approximately 3,000 square feet and has been furnished in a sophisticated yet modern style and the owners have included many of the various amenities that you would normally expect at a luxury hotel. The bed linen is at least 350TC white Egyptian cotton and the bath towels are luxuriously heavy and fluffy white Turkish cotton.
The property features a formal living and dining room to the front. A large family room and kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar and an informal dining area are located to the rear of the property with large glass slider doors out to the pool and spa. The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate laundry room on the ground level.
IT/GADGETS/CABLE TV
Free wired and wireless high speed internet is provided as well as a Microsoft xBox 360 and Nintendo Wii with a selection of games for both.
A large 55" LCD HD TV sits in the family room, 40" LCD HD TV is provided in the formal living room and large LCD TVs are also provided within every bedroom. Cable TV is provided throughout the house including digital video recording and premium channels such as HBO and ESPN. Blu-Ray and/or DVD players are provided in each bedroom and living area.
GAMES ROOM
A Harley Davidson themed games room completes the ground floor level and features a full size 8ft slate base professional pool/billiards table and a Harley Davidson foosball table.
BEDROOMS
Upstairs there are five large bedrooms, including two private US king size (UK super king size) master bedroom suites, a large US queen size (UK king size) bedroom and two twin bedrooms. A further queen size sixth bedroom is located on the ground level overlooking the swimming pool and spa and has an adjoining bathroom.
PATIO AND SWIMMING POOL/SPA POOL
Outside there is a large south facing brick paved pool deck with a covered lanai (patio) with cooling ceiling fans to provide shade when needed. Plenty of outside seating and sun beds are provided as well as various pool toys.
Golf and Theme Parks
Walt Disney World is located 2 miles from the property and Universal Studios/Seaworld are only a 15 minute drive away.
There are numerous golf courses located within a 15 minute drive of the property including Mystic Dunes which backs on to the property.
Windsor Hills Resort Facilities - Included for Free
In addition to the various amenities included within the property, as a guest at Windsor Hills Retreat you will be able to gain access to the private resort clubhouse.
The clubhouse has a very large free form swimming pool, heated spa pool, childrens water slide, sundry shop, cinema, video games arcade, gym, tennis courts, golf putting green and volleyball court.

The villa was absolutely lovely and perfect for our family stay. The location is brilliant with Disney only being a few minutes drive away via Sherberth Road. There are numerous shops and restaurants all on the doorstep.

A very clean villa where reality matched the pictures. The owner was very attentive to requests, for example changing the air con within minutes of the request. We also requested a later checkout which was facilitated quickly for us. A great stay and we would return.

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks starting 30th April 2022. We had a horrendous start due to the previous guests trashing the property and the cleaners having to spend extra time there preparing the villa for our stay. But Natasha (the owner) was in constant contact with me & was distraught about the whole situation. The cleaners did a good job but some areas (mainly kitchen cupboards & drawer fronts) were left "sticky" and not pleasent. I resolved this by buying my own cleaning products from the local Walmart store.
Despite the initial disappointment, we actually loved our holiday. The villa is in a great location with regards to the parks. We felt very safe there & actually loved heading back "home" after a day out.
I would recommend this villa and would definitely return.

My husband and I first visited Disney World together in 2003 and at that time we fell in love with Disney World and Florida and we have been fans ever since. WHY WE CHOSE WINDSOR HILLS RESORT FOR OUR HOME We rented a vacation home in Windsor Hills Resort back in 2005 and we fell in love with the resort, it's location is great and the onsite facilities are those that you would normally associate with a luxury hotel stay. So after many more trips to Orlando and much saving, we were eventually able to purchase a home ourselves in March 2010 which we now use often ourselves. WHAT MAKES OUR HOME UNIQUE When we purchased this home we we wanted to make a vacation home that wasn't a compromise compared to our main home, as when renting homes previously we often found ourselves staying in homes that did not have all the same comforts that we have at home - although we don't have a pool at our main home so that is always a bonus! So when we furnished this house we made sure that our guests would not have to compromise either, which is why this house is very well cared for, is well maintained and has many luxury extras.
