Features include a south-facing pool and spa area. a games room and plenty of space for everybody to be able to relax and enjoy their holiday to Orlando. The resort facilities, an easy 6 minute walk from here, are available for all guests to use and include a heated lagoon-style swimming pool with kiddie’s water park, and water slides.The excitement of Magic Kingdom can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes from here, making Windsor Hills one of the closest resorts to Disney World, and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are just 15-20 minutes away.
Living Accommodation:
This comfortable home from home will help you and your family settle in and relax just as soon as you set foot inside the front door. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen with all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you will need for meal preparation, with a convenient breakfast bar should you want to sit and relax with drinks and snacks at any point. The nearby dining table is a great place for mealtimes or evening fun with a deck of cards as you spend quality time together. The family lounge has large patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck and has been furnished with comfy seating in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is downstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has a King-size bed, this room is next to its own bathroom. Bedroom 4, also upstairs, has Twin beds and is decorated in a style that would suit all guests, this room has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is downstairs close to the games room and is a Disney-themed bedroom with Twin beds and is next to a family bathroom. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV, making early nights or lazy mornings even more enjoyable.

Entertainment:
Make some long-lasting memories in the games room as you practice your trick shots or play a few games of pool together. Fans of video games can sit in comfort and play on the games console if this is what they prefer.

Outdoor Living:
After long hot days at the theme parks or shopping malls, come back home for some rest and relaxation as you enjoy the sunshine on the south-facing pool deck. Kids will enjoy splashing around in the pool while adults enjoy a soak in the spa to relieve any aching leg muscles, both have easy access handrails so that everybody gets the chance to spend time in the water. With no overlooking neighbours to the rear this is a great spot to sit in the evenings with a glass of something cold and refreshing as you make plans for your next holiday to Orlando.

A starter pack of supplies and toiletries are provided to guests. Guests are expected to purchase anything needed beyond what was provided in the starter pack. We do not restock. This is an industry standard practice.
