Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with South and West facing pool is situated in the community of Westridge near the Orlando area. We are just 15 minutes drive from Disney.
Overview
The villa is fully furnished & well equipped with all of the requirements for a comfortable holiday. this villa has been recently refurbished to add to the enjoyment of your holiday.
The pool is 15 x 30 and is fully screened. There is a patio table & chairs & plenty of pool furniture to make the most of the Florida sunshine. Guests have the additional solar heat in to the pool at no extra cost. Extra pool heat can be purchased for the cooler months
To enjoy the warm Florida evenings there is external lighting in the very private pool & deck area which backs on to two small lakes and is overlooked by nobody.
In addition The villa is fully air-conditioned, essential in Florida. There is an automatic washing machine & tumble dryer provided so that you can take fewer clothes & leave plenty of space in your suitcases for those visits to the Florida shopping malls.
The property also has Internet Access installed. Use your own laptop or wifi device to access the Internet so you won't miss those important emails while you're away.
All bed linen, including nursery, towels & pool towels are provided, there is also an ironing board, iron & plenty of hangers.
All bathrooms have hairdryers.

Absolutely fantastic villa to stay in very spacious great pool area everything you could need.we was a family of 6 myself my wife 18yo son 16yo daughter and my wifes parents.had an amazing holiday and always glad to get back to the beautiful villa after a day at the parks.the 2 lakes and woodland right outside the villa was amazing to just sit and watch something new every day great wildlife.we will 100% be back to stay next year depending on the greedy tour operators and there flight prices.had an AMAZING stay.thankyou debbie you have a beautiful home

“I rent this house for Christmas holidays with my family, we were a group of 7 people including 4 teenagers. The house was clean & extremely well equipped, the games room was a blessing when we wanted a rest from the parks, keeping the kids busy playing pool, air hockey or PS2, there's a lot of board games in one of the rooms too. There are many towels, white for bathrooms & some for the pool, great asset when you don't want to wash everyday. The kitchen itself was amazingly well equipped & if you want a fancy dinner they have plenty. They have dishwasher, bbq, oven, microwave. Good pans, containers for food, I could make our Christmas dinner without problem. The pool area is great, we enjoyed a lot. Check in & check out was easy, customer service was always polite & quick to answer all my questions. This was my first time renting a villa & I can say it was a great experience.”
