Overview
This extensively remodeled standard 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath townhouse style condo is the perfect base camp for family activities! The main floor features a fully equipped galley style kitchen with new countertops, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, plus a combination living/dining area with new flooring, furnishings, and fixtures, as well as a wood stove insert (firewood NOT provided) and a walk-out balcony that overlooks the well-maintained common area grounds. Also included is one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, plus a 1/2-bath with all new fixtures. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with all new furnishings including 1-queen sized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a new stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This monitored family vacation property will sleep 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is a gated community in Glacier, WA positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, approximately 2-hours north of Seattle, WA and 1.5-hours south of Vancouver, B.C.
Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.
