This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse style condo is a great place to call home during your family vacation! The main floor features one bedroom with log furnishings including 1 queen-sized bed and 1-twin sized bunk, plus a 1/2-bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony offering territorial views. The second floor features a loft master bedroom with 1 king-sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
