Our third time to Orlando but first to Garry's beautiful home. Location was great, a few minutes to the huge Walmart at Clermont, and the vast number of restaurants on the 192. The fantastic pool area was very spacious with a great open aspect. We saw squirrels and even the local buzzards out on the grass beyond. It was hard to pull the kids away to visit the theme parks! A very well equipped villa with everything you could possibly need already provided. The big comfortable sofas in the lounge with the large TV were perfect to relax in in the evenings after a busy day. Bedrooms were very spacious and had more than enough storage. Great communication from Garry the owner before, during and after our stay - nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of space for a large family (or 2), we loved this villa and hope to book again in the future.

his was the first time we had booked a villa independently and to say it was the best thing we had ever done is an understatement! We were so pleased with the villa. It was my mum and dads first ever time to America and we wanted to give them a good impression and this villa achieved this and more. The owners are second to none, so helpful, they even assisted with looking for mobility scooter companies, above and beyond if you ask us, extremely helpful couple. The house is great and ideal if you have someone who cannot climb stairs well, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom is lovely and spacious. The pool area is fantastic and not over looked so much so it's great for relaxing, to be honest the whole gated community is quiet. There is plenty of bedding, towels, crockery etc. It's so nice for the kids too to have a taste of mic key cups before even getting to the parks, to have plates and cups etc like this when you have children is just great. This is one villa I will be recommending to family and friends. It is just a nice distance from the parks and is so easy to find on the us27. The directions you receive from the owner are great.

Highly recommended!! Left on Sep 17, 2015 for a stay in Aug 2015 First of all I have received fantastic service from the owners who replied to my emails right away. It was great that I could pay off the balance as and when I needed. Could not ask for anything better. The villa it's self was in a great location near Barry Town Centre where there are shops and restaurants and other shops etc located very close by. Very easy to get to all the theme parks. Lots of space in the villa which had everything we needed, Plenty of room in the family room for the six off us , nice big table to eat a and also a breakfast bar to sit at. The bedrooms also had lots of space. It was lovely having a pool right outside your door and is not over looked. I can not fault this villa or the owners who are more than happy to help with any planning you may need help with. As the title says I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a great place to say on their Orlando holiday. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

The villa is fantastic and in an excellent location. There is every thing you need for your stay with ample towels and all you could possible need in the kitchen. There is a lovely games room and the pool is lovely. There were only 3 of us on this holiday but we would not hesitate to book this villa again whether there were 3 of us or a larger group. The villa is in a lovely location close to the parks, an enormous Walmart and there are many places to eat, We loved our stay in this villa and highly recommend it to small or large groups.

Just as described, Perfect for Families with young children. We highly recommend Left on Apr 17, 2015 for a stay in Apr 2015 We found this home to be just as described on the website and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The house was very clean and well maintained, the carpet on the main floor appeared to be virtually brand new, though I'm not sure carpet is the best choice for the main living area, tile or hardwood floors would be better, but that's just a personal preference. The sofas in the living room were very comfortable and the large TV was nice as well. The kitchen is very well appointed with basically everything you need to cook. They even have plastic cups, plates and utensils available which were great for the kids. Our kids were in love with the game-room/toy area in the garage which has tons of great toys, and we had to drag them out of there every morning to leave for the park. The park by the way is about 20 minutes away and there is quite a lot of traffic, so plan accordingly. The pool was very nice and clean, and it appeared the pool decking was just freshly painted. My only issue with the pool was the temperature; it was extremely cold which I honestly didn't expect since the temps outside were in the high 80s and low 90s. The kids enjoyed the pool despite the temperature, but the adults rarely swam because it was just too chilly. I mistakenly thought the pool was heated, but after contacting the management company and the owner realized that you are required to pay extra daily for pool heat. It was my mistake for not reading the description more closely, but I do disagree with charging a daily fee for the heat. It is necessary during the non-summer months and should be included in the rental price. I would much rather the rental price be slightly higher and include the pool heat, than be forced to pay an exorbitant amount each day, and have to deal with the management company to come and turn on the heat. Which by the way, when I called the management company to turn it on, they didn't show up when they promised and the heat was never turned on. To be honest, the lady who came to check the pool chemicals while we were there was quite rude and a little nasty to us, but the owner has no control over her behavior. Despite all of that, the pool was a big hit with the kids, which is all that really matters anyway. Additionally, the patio furniture was nice and in good condition, with plenty of comfortable seating. The only real maintenance issue we had was with the sliding glass door to the pool area; it kept coming off the track and was a bit difficult to close and probably needs some repair or adjustment, but it wasn't a big problem. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fantastic, there is a lot of space if you have a large family, and the closets are very good size for a vacation trip. We used the washer and dryer several times, which was very convenient as well. We also thought the home was very tastefully decorated throughout. The stroller came in very handy; we thought our 4 year old would be fine without one but quickly discovered he needed one. Luckily we didn't have to rent one at the park since the owners provided them. I would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again on our next trip. Overall our stay was very pleasant, the issues we had we minor and certainly did not take away from our trip.

Fantastic stay at tuscan hills definitely go back again! Beautiful villa. Great location for disney. Will definitely be back for another visit very soon.

Nice sized place, very comfortable and certainly made it tough to come home. We went to Disney 5 days and it was in a good location to hit all of the parks. Strollers and highchairs defintely came in handy. You dont know how important a stroller is until you've done disney as an adult with your own kids for the first time. The property has room to park 2 cars (I fit all three, it was tight, but the neighbors didn't appreciate it, dont ask me why). When we arrived one of the previous renters ( I am assuming ) broke part of the crib so we couldn't use it but fortunately they have a pack and play which worked just fine. I can't really complain about anything, Garry was awesome to deal with and an amazing time was had by all.

This was our first experience booking a vacation rental. The process was super easy, and the vacation rental more than lived up to our expectations. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our family vacation. Garry and Ann, the property owners, were also wonderful to work with, and they provided an inclusive information packet regarding the villa and surrounding area. Plus, the villa was conveniently located close to all the Disney theme parks, dining and shopping. We had a fantastic vacation, and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Garry and Ann in the future!

Just home from our second trip to Orlando staying at Garry & Anns lovely villa - Closest to the Magic and all I can say is "when can we go back for a third stay?!" As soon as you step through the door you instantly feel at home, with a spacious living area, well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms. Not to mention the wonderful pool/spa/deck area - a real treat at the end of a long tiring day at the theme parks! The home is alarmed as well as being in a gated community, which adds a level of security to your stay. A safe is available for use too which comes in very handy for stashing away passports and the like. The views in the morning from the pool area are second to none - beautiful sunrises and hot air balloons in the distance. What a lovely way to start a day! With a Publix and a Walmart a short drive away, you can quickly make this villa feel like home after stocking up on provisions. A large fridge, an oven and microwave, as well as other small kitchen appliances allow you to have a meal or two at "home". A choice to eat out by the pool or at the large dining table. We feel this villa offers great value for money - its huge! And we would hesitate to recommend Garry and anns Closest to the Magic villa to our friends and family (and you, reading this review!)

Garry and Anns villa was perfect for our family holiday. Being split over two floors was great and meant kids werent disturbed at night and the added bonus of a downstairs master suite meant that my mother in law was able to have her own space. The villa is in a great location, close enough to Disney (15 minutes drive) but without being stuck in the hustle and bustle. Walmart is just down the road and Berry Town Centre within walking distance (great if no-one wants to be the designated driver!). The rooms are bright and spacious. Games room is well equipped. The Pool and Spa are great - good size and depth for kids. Had to call property management team in regards to phoneline (fused by lightening!) who were very helpful and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to stay at Garry and Anns villa again

A fantastic house, in a great position too, close to all Disney Parks. The house was immaculate and lovely decorated, must say the beds were soo comfy and big!! The pool, what can I say, brilliant and the jacuzzi. If anyone thinking of staying here do, it is first class. I just wish I could have brought the villa home!!!

The villa looked great in the photos beforehand but was even better when we got there, it was lovely, clean, spacious and in a great complex and location. We received great communication from the owners and very helpful and useful information about orlando. I would definately go back to this villa and recommend this to any of my friends.

How would you like a taste of the celebrity lifestyle...for just a short time? Villa Camellia will not disapoint! From the moment you enter the automatic gates into the complex you know you are in for something special. The villa is immaculately maintained with themed bedrooms, cable tv in every room, two en-suite bathrooms..it is 5 star luxury! But unlike a hotel, it has a very personal feel with little touches of luxury which makes you feel welcome. We found something new to revel in in every room. From the initial contact with Garry and Ann, we felt that everything was taken care of. Garry pays meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of renting this home. The website is a delight to peruse and extemely helpful in the planning of your holiday. Garry is a so pleasant to deal with and will help with any query you may have-however obscure. He is very knowledgable about the area and can even suggest things to do. We were holidaying with our teenage daughter who has severe Autism and has not fared well on holiday in the past. Garrys extensive photo gallery on the website enabled us to prepare her by printing photos of the interior and exterior of the villa and she had the best holiday in years! She settled in straight away- this is the best recommendation anyone can give..even she was captivated by the atmosphere of this spectacular home. We cannot thank Garry and Ann enough for allowing us to share in this jewel that they own. It really does feel like a privilege to have lived in it. Book now!! Spoil yourself!! You wont be disappointed!!

We have just returned from a two week stay in Garry & Anns beautiful courtyard villa in Tuscan Hills. The villa was just as the pictures on their website, immaculate and very clean - bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable - and the many extras such as safe, alarm, ps2 and games, wifi etc etc made our stay so enjoyable. As it was so hot in our 2 week stay we certainly made use of the private pool - with no rear neighbours and privacy to the sides we spent many a happy hour in the jacuzzi and pool. Tuscan Hills itself we found very peaceful, and great secure entrance too. We also found the check in very easy too with the key placed in a locked keypad at the door ready for us to access. Good positioning on the Us27 for both the I4 and 192, with restaurants and shops very nearby. All in all a fabulous holiday. The owners are so helpful too and always answered any queries extremely promptly. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

It was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely clean & spacious villa & also felt very secure on Tuscan Hills with it being a gated community & the villa having its own alarm system. It was also a pleasure to deal with Garry & Ann the owners & nothing was too much trouble & found them very efficient & friendly, as were their management company in florida.The villa is very well furnished with massive beds in the master suites & having your own heated pool is just a dream. Would certainly stay here again.

My family and my in-laws stayed for 2 weeks at Garry & Anns fantastic home in Davenport. This was to be our holiday of a lifetime to celebrate my mother and father in laws 40th Wedding anniversary - which we planned to begin with a 7 day Caribbean Cruise and then 2 weeks in a villa. I know Garry from working together, so he really made the villa part of the plan really easy. And what a home!!. Right from the moment we opened the door it was perfect for what we wanted - quiet area, close to all the major parks and eating places (and shopping malls for the ladies of the group!!), private pool and masses of space which you could only dream of back home. Although we didnt require the Management Company as such, you were only a phone call away if you had any problems. Garry & Anne - thank you so much for making our holiday such a memorable experience by allowing us to live in your beautiful home for a fortnight. You deserve to be so proud of it!!.

Having stayed in other privately owned villas before Garry & Anns villa has to be the best one yet we have stayed in. We loved the spa & pool & the villa was beautiful. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again from garry & Ann & would certainly recommend it to others. Garry & Ann gave speedy replies to any questions we had, & would like to thank them for that as sometimes having to wait too long for replies can be a bit off putting i think. Excellent Villa , lovely quite gated community at Tuscan Hill . Many thanks to you both for allowing others to share your Villa.

"After nearly a full day of travelling to Florida (the joy of indirect flights) all 10 of us were shattered and just wanted to get to the villa and rest our heads...but we couldnt, as soon as we put our feet through the door of the villa, we all perked up and went busy exploring this beautiful holiday home, we couldnt believe our luck at choosing such a gorgeous place to stay, not only was it a very good size, ample enough for 6 adults and 4 children to live in comfortably, but it is also very tastefully decorated, with lots of extras and home comforts. The pool is amazing and the spa just perfect after a long day in the parks. The owners couldnt be anymore helpful or friendly, any queries were dealt with quickly. The villa is in a brilliant location to visit the parks with Disney being no more that 20 minutes drive, and Seaworld/International drive area an extra 10 minutes, but very easy to find! The nearest shops were only 1 minute drive away where there is a Publix and a CVS pharmacy amongst others. I doubt we could have found a more suitable villa for the amount of people we have with us and if we all venture out to Florida we wouldnt hesitate to book here again".

My husband and I were used to travelling to nice hotels. Then came along our 2 children... and we had to find a more spacious option for our family vacation. We quickly found ourselves on Flipkey, looking at various properties, and this is how we found Garry & Anns house. As it was our first time renting a vacation house, we were a bit nervous and apprehensive. Communication was seamless, and the owners are very friendly as well, which helped putting us at ease right away. We were very pleasantly surprised when we first saw the house. It is located in a gated community. We felt safe at all times, and the neighbours were nice and friendly too. It was minutes away from the grocery & drug store, as well as a few restaurants. Very convenient location. The house itself is very well maintained. We were surprised at how clean it was, we didnt expect that from a rental. It had everything we needed, and more : the crib was perfect for our baby, my daughter had " her princess bed", and we were pleased with the master bedroom down the hall. As promised, they also had strollers, a high chair, games, movies, etc., everything they advertise and more. All in all, we had a blast and cannot wait to go back. I would totally recommend it to families, as it has everything young children (and their parents !) need. We will never stay in hotels again, and we are so glad we found Garry and anns house.

We stayed the first two weeks of December 2012. Garry and anns villa is an excellent property, in a great location.The pictures are a true image of this villa and there are loads of restaurants and supermarkets near by. We were just a party of four so had plenty of room!!! The Pool and spa were fantastic and the pool heat allowed us to use this both in the mornings and evenings. Garry was great at answering any questions we had. We would recommend this villa to friends and family. Thanks again for letting us stay at your home. Excellent property in the kissimmee area close to all of the restaurants on the 192 with Disney and Universal not too far away. There was 10 (inc 2 under 3s) in our party all together with more than enough space for everyone plus a spare bedroom that wasnt used. The pool, ameneties (prams, high chairs, pool toys, stair gate, travel cot) and brand spanking new plasma TV are great additions. We made use of the washer, dryer and spare towels so there is no need to overpack. Overall my family had a great experience in this property and I would not hesitate to use it again or recommend it to friends and family. The owners are great and bend over backwards to assist with answering any questions you may have about the villa or surrounding areas. Top marks to Garry and ann.
