Amazing 4 Bed Home With Large Private Pool, Disney 9 Miles!

This beautiful detached single-story pool home has stylish furnishings throughout and is located on the popular Estates at Legacy Park community, close to Disney and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

It offers a very spacious floor plan with two living areas, two dining areas, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sliding doors lead out to the sunny pool deck with a large private pool, spacious lounging areas and a great shaded area for dining and relaxing.

At the front of the property you will find the formal lounge with sofas and a formal dining area with seating for six. The open-plan layout leads you through to the spacious family room with a large flat screen TV, DVD player, L-shaped sofa, arm chair and a ceiling fan.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The kitchen has everything you need for dining at home including utensils and dishes, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster etc. The kitchen also has a breakfast island with stools.

The breakfast nook has a table and chairs set for four. There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing equipment.

All of the bedrooms have Smart flat screen TVs. The large master suite is on the left side of the property with the other bedrooms on the right side. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with twin sinks, a separate shower and a bath with an attractive step feature.

Bedrooms two and three both have queen size beds, flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Bedroom four is a beach-themed twin room with flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Opposite the twin room is the family bathroom with bath/shower and access out to the pool deck.

The east-facing pool deck is oversized and has plenty of room to enjoy the sun. There is a table and chairs set for outside dining and four sun loungers surrounding the large pool. The pool can be heated (optional extra).

This property has air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms – ideal if you are not a fan of air con! The property also has Wifi. For families, a pack and play (travel cot) and a high chair are provided. Linen and towels are also provided.

BOOKING TERMS:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 GUESTS PLUS 1 BABY and this limit must not be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. No street parking is permitted at any time.
4. SORRY BUT THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF STUDENTS / YOUNG ADULTS GROUPS UNDER THE AVERAGE AGE OF 25.
5. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED.
6. No parties, gatherings or events are allowed.
7. The home has parking for two vehicles on the driveway, no street parking.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

POOL HEAT OPTION:
POOL HEATING IS $40 PER DAY EXCLUDING TAXES. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you do require pool heat after you arrive, please note the pool does take approx. 24 hours to get to temperature and there is an additional $20 call out charge to send the technician to switch the pool heat on for you.

Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
