Luxury Orlando Villa | Pool+spa | Lake Views | Game Room

8/10 Posted Jul 30, 2025 The house was great. Large and easy to spread out. It was so hot this summer and the pool was cold and pleasant. We loved being on the pond my kids loved the be able to fish. We were within about a 20 to 30 minute drive to most attractions.

This place was great! Beutiful home. Easy to navigate with great directions! Pool was amazing!

10/10 Posted Apr 8, 2025 Quiet & Relaxing We absolutely loved our stay at this Villa! The listing is accurate and the location is perfect! We loved sitting out every evening enjoying the natural landscape and listening to all the birds. Thank you for a wonderful stay, cant wait to return next time!

Lovely break in a lovely house. The house was very large with spacious room for all 6 of us. The new games room was an added bonus which we spent a lot of time in playing pool, table football and air hockey. Also spent the evenings in the swimming pool/jacuzzi. Fairly close to all of the Disney parks as well. I would recommend the house 10/10. Nothing to dislike.

Amazing villa We have stayed in sunrise lakes multiple times but this was by far the best villa. The owners were excellent with thier communication and the property and surrounding area was just perfect. We’d love to return here again in the future

Amazing, spacious villa! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house! Was super clean and had so much space! The pool was amazing to and our daughter loved spending rest days in the pool. The comfiest beds and amazing locations. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Little tip if u are staying for disney parks check cupboards for travel refill cups etc they will come in super handy!

Excellent Stay 10/10 Just returned from a two-week visit and the villa exceeded expectations. Location was perfect and close to the parks and shops which was convenient. All the rooms are very spacious, clean and well presented. Pool area great with amazing views over the lake which you will see a variety of wildlife. Booking was easy and hassle free from start to finish. Highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

A perfect gem for a perfect vacation It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful villa. The views across the Lake were amazing with various wildlife wandering around. So relaxing and peaceful. The villa itself is very spacious with lots of areas to relax in comfort. It was clean and tidy with everything you would need for a perfect vacation, with or without children. The villa is situated quite close to supermarkets, outlets and restaurants too.We loved it here. It was very sad to have to say goodbye. The owners and management company in Florida were extremely helpful.

Very Clean! - 5 star This house was one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in over our 20 years of renting. Highly recommend. Pool heat was hard to maintain due to low temperatures at night but sauna was very warm. Sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate. Again highly recommended!

Beautiful villa, not overlooked, gorgeous views The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious. The views are amazing, looking out onto a lake with a forest behind, lots of nature all around (cranes, ducks, birds, squirrels) you're not overlooked by anybody. Was lovely to come back to after a hectic day in the parks and relax in the hot tub. Owners communication is excellent and gave us everything we needed before we went with a super informative info pack (there is also handy notes dotted around for using various things in the villa) they also answered any queries we had leading up to our holiday promptly. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, and not too far from most things. We would definitely stay here again, it's highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay - 5 star We have just returned after an amazing stay in this villa. We had high expectations and those were easily surpassed as soon as we walked in. The rooms are absolutely huge, clean and functional. The villa is stocked full of useful items, which meant we did not want for anything. The pool area was stunning and well maintained, even during our stay. The outside areas are well looked after and all the amenities were to hand. Waking up in the morning, there was lots of wildlife passing by the lake and the views were stunning. The inside space was even better. The bedrooms and living space are huge, the pictures do not do it justice and you can easily fit two families in our opinion. There are several areas to lounge around and all of furnishings are well thought out and so comfortable. Location wise this was perfect for us. You felt outside of the really heavy tourist bubble, but still very close to all of those areas you would visit. Shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. We will definitely return here and would highly recommend a stay at Blue Lake View. Truly a 5 star experience

10 out of 10 The house was in a great location for Disney and Orlando, it was much bigger than expected, with the master bedroom nearly like apartment size. The pool was a great size and the area was very private looking out over the lake, not over looked by anyone, and it was spotless. I would consider myself very fussy when booking houses, and rarely bother to do a review, but this house exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely first class, 10 out of 10, and had everything a family, of all ages, or just couples would need. I spend a lot of time every year picking a house, and I knew it would be good based on reviews, but it was honestly the best property we have ever stayed it both in the States and Europe. We didn’t have any issues so had no reason to contact mgt, but Sukhy was excellent to deal with for any queries we had, it was also a seemless arrival, check in and check out process. Save yourself a lot of time if you are going to Orlando, about 40 minutes to SeaWorld, 30 to Disney, max, probably a little less, around 40/45 minutes to airport.

We enjoyed our one week stay at their house. The pool was nice and private with hedges on both sides to shield you a bit from the neighbors. Large house with plenty of room to spread out with three separate living areas. The value of this house is fantastic. Bedrooms were great and having handheld showers was a great bonus in the bathrooms. Shopping is close by with Walmart about 5 minutes away.

Simply Fantastic Genuinely could not say a bad word on this fantastic Villa, spacious would not do it justice, with 4 bedrooms, 3 sitting areas very well appointed kitchen and of course the pool area it was bliss. And the beds were so comfy it was almost as good as taking your own, 10/15 mins to Disney and 40/45 to universal with everywhere you would want to go and eat in between! It almost made me not mind going shopping! (& That's a massive statement for me!) Communication from owners was clear and simple making everything so much less hassle. If your looking for a fantastic base for your orlando experience go for it would be my advice.

We had a great time at Sukhy’s! The pictures were accurate, Sukhy was responsive & the location was great. They had plenty of towels for the bathrooms (but no wash clothes), dishes, utensils, & they provided camping chairs that we were able to use at a local winery! There were plenty of books & a few games. As stated, they provided a few basics to start like toilet paper & hand soap but you’ll need to bring/purchase more especially if you’re there for an extended stay. We were fortunate to be able to visit for a month so needed to purchase some other basics for the kitchen like seasonings, salt, pepper, etc as well as cleaning supplies like dishwasher & laundry detergent. Good news is that there is a Walmart & Publix close by which made it easy. We visited in February so needed to have the pool & spa heated. This was an additional cost but well worth it. We enjoyed many days in the pool and nights in the spa. Overall we had a great time and have already booked our next trip there! Thank you for a great stay, for addressing our questions quickly and resolving the internet and air conditioning situation quickly!! We can’t wait to visit again!

We really like the location and the tranquility of the neighbourhood. Some small comments just for you...We would have like to be able to control the temperature of the AC. The house remained hot even after you adjust the temperature. Also, we consider that the house lack of minimal equipment to be able to cook (salt/pepper, cutting board, etc) and finally the door buzzer was annoying. But overall we appreciate our stay at your house. Thank again !

This villa was the best place to stay for our vacation. The house has everything you will need. It was a nice spot to relax by the spa with a beautiful view on the lake. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood so we had no problems to really relax from all the noise we get in NYC.This villa is close to many attractions which is a big plus because you don’t have to drive long hours to see what’s beautiful in Florida. The host makes sure your are the priority and guarantee that you are happy with every detail on the house. If you are every in Florida ,Clermont I recommend this villa.
