This large detached villa with a pool, located to the southwest of Kissimmee and Orlando, is within 15 minutes drive of all the main Disney attractions.
Overview
A fully furnished and equipped detached home close to all the main attractions of the Orlando area. The major theme parks of Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios are within 15 minutes drive. It is conveniently located for Interstate 4 which provides a direct route to Disney Springs, Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild and Universal Studios. It is within easy access, also by the Interstate, to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, the beaches at Tampa Bay and Daytona and shoppers paradise at the Florida Mall and the Mall at Millenia. There are several golf courses nearby - with the Champions Gate course, designed by Greg Norman, within 5 minutes drive.
The villa is situated in pleasant rural surroundings to the southwest of Kissimmee, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. It is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and will sleep up to 8 people. All living space is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and the open plan layout gives a feeling of luxury and spaciousness. There is an alarm system installed for your security.

Heated Swimming Pool
The west facing pool and patio are accessed via the family lounge area or the pool bathroom. The 30'x15' swimming pool is fully screened and can be electrically heated, if needed, for comfort. It ranges in depth from 3' to 6'. The patio area has a table and chairs, including sun-loungers where you can relax and unwind. There is a removable child safety fence around the pool and alarms on the doors. Cot and barbecue facilities are also available.
All local and long distance telephone calls are free of charge. (International calls are not available). Free broadband and WiFi connection.
The pool can be heated if required for an additional weekly charge.

We had an amazing stay here. The villa itself is much larger than pictured and what we expected. It had everything we needed. Very clean, good facilities and location was perfect for our vacation. Many thanks to the owner for brilliant communication throughout also. Would definitely recommend and stay again if visiting!

The stay at this property was great, the instruction from the owner were spot on and the property was huge. As there was only my wife and me we felt lost. The pool was cold but quick email to owner and price for heating sorted. The only minus is that the pool could do with good TLC and for the time of year price should have heating in for the price we agreed. The drive way and property could support two families 2x double rooms 2x 2 single beds plus the the master suite. Only dropped 1 star on overall, cleanliness and value due to pool. The owner is great and responds prompt. Great location for all Disney 22min Sea world 28min and Universal 25min. The I4 gets very busy so plan routes well. Don't for get all the other places but you will need vehicle that can do miles as most are 1.5 hrs away Key's are 5.5hrs to marathon. We were only there for 11 nights but we travelled 1500 miles and saw loads what a great location to stay. Ps front door area little lizards small and chute but run like hell so guard the front door well when entering....

Very easy to find from the owners directions. Villa clean and tidy. All the facilities that you could need. Close to Championsgate and I-4 for travel to the theme parks. Would stay again.

This house is very spacious yet has a very comfy and homely feel to it, We all loved the house and surroundings
From booking to during our stay, Nick was very helpful and friendly, we would definitely go back and would like to say a very big thank you to Nick as it made coming out to Florida for my son's wedding all the more special.
I do a lot of travelling and this house is by far the best I've stayed in 🙂

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the villa, situated on a lovely quiet and peaceful residential area with good sized rooms and pool. Lots of local wildlife and not too far from all the attractions, it was nice to get back and relax after a day out. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

This primarily was because we enjoyed everything it and the location had to offer the first time around.
Access to the Parks, local facilities including shopping, eating out, golf courses and a friendly area where you feel welcomed.
The owner and management company again ensured our arrival and stay throughout was trouble-free.

My wife and I have both retired now from careers in Air Traffic Control and we have owned our house in Florida since 1998. We bought it after a trip to the area where we stayed in one of the villas in the same location. We enjoyed it so much we decided we would like to have a holiday home there. We got talking to other people in the area and decided we would buy and rent out the house to cover some of the costs. We have made some improvements and some upgrades along the way and we try to visit every year to carry out further improvements. We have always had very positive feedback from clients and people seem to enjoy staying at the house. Although it is self-catering we have tried to make it a home-from-home by providing most everything you will need. Since the Corona Virus pandemic we have not been able to visit the house for nearly 3 years, so some major work we had planned has been put on hold. Hopefully in 2022 we will be able to return to Florida again.
