The Villa in Detail
This simply stunning Villa is located in the quiet residential community of Silver Creek and is available for short term Vacation Rental throughout the year.
Despite being in a quiet wooded area, you are only minutes from the main 192 highway that acts as the main artery for tourism through the Kissimmee / Disney World Area. Being just minutes from Walt Disney World it offers a superb base for your Orlando Vacation.
When it comes to features this Villa has everything you need: Large South-Facing 30x15ft Pool Spa Lake and Conservation View; Extended Sun Deck; Home Cinema Room with 110" Screen in Ultra HD 4K; 3 Master Suites; All bedrooms have EnSuite facilities; Alexa Smart Speakers throughout the home; Close to Disney; Playstation and Wii Games Consoles; as well as free 200Mbps WiFi Internet Access.
Inside the Villa
The house has 3 master suites and 2 twin bedded rooms which will comfortably accommodate 10 adults plus 2 infants.
We can supply fold-up cots and highchairs for our younger guests and each bedroom has ample space for an additional cot giving lots of flexibility for families or large groups. As well as being fully air conditioned, there are ceiling fans throughout the villa.
For your entertainment enjoyment there is our Home Cinema Room with a 110" Screen with Dolby Atmos Surround Sound and Ultra HD 4K picture quality. Our separate lounge and all bedrooms also feature multi-channel cable TV's.
With 2 of the Master Suites being on the ground level, the house is ideal for any partially disabled or elderly guests as well.
All rooms have EnSuite facilities directly adjoining the bedrooms with the Twin rooms sharing an adjoining EnSuite bathroom.
The large bright kitchen is an open plan design adjoining the rear lounge. Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Kettle, Coffee Maker and Toaster are all supplied as well as all dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
There is also a small utility area with a large Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
All linen and towels are supplied free of charge.
There is of course a telephone in the villa with Free local and long-distance calls anywhere in the USA.
The Pool Area
The huge 30ft x 15ft pool sits on an extended deck area with ample space for sunbathing. The south-facing patio also has the benefit of a covered shaded area when you prefer to cool off.
In the so-called "winter" months the pool can be heated if guests feel this is necessary. For your reassurance the pool is also protected by a safety fence to keep curious children out of harms way.
The pool looks out on to a conservation area with a small lake so you can be assured there is ample privacy. Around the lake lots of wildlife can be spotted including white cranes and turtles.

Local Shopping and Dining
Locally there is ample shopping and dining on Highway 27 - a Wal Mart "Supermart" is just down from the junction to our street as well as Cagan Crossings area which also has some nice restaurants and friendly bars. Just 1 mile away is the 192 strip which offers shopping and dining to everyones taste.
Locally Managed
The house is looked after by our local management company to ensure everything is in order. They are available during normal office hours and on-call 24 hours in the unlikely event of an emergency.

The villa is lovely and would be perfect for a large family or friends to stay. We found the cinema room tv/remote was a little complicated to use, despite the instruction booklet provided, but this was the only downside we found. All-in-all a great place to stay.

We stayed at the villa for a week in August 2016 and had a very enjoyable time. The villa facilities are excellent and all well maintained. The pool area is fantastic looking out over the small lake at the back and gets the Sun all day long. We have stayed at 7 other villas in the Orlando area in previous years and I would say that this villa is the best that we have stayed in, and would recommend it to others.

As a family party of 10 including grandchildren we had a brilliant time at the villa. We used the pool all the time, and the barbeque most days.
We particularly liked the setting of the villa , being south facing and with the lake in front of it. The villa facilities were good and it was well positioned and easy to locate.
Wallmart was a five minute drive away and Disney about 25 minutes.
I would highly recommend this villa to any family party.

Have just spent two weeks at this fabulous villa with my wife, daughter and grandchildren, (the children being aged 4 and 11).
We all agreed that coming home each day to this brilliant accommodation was quite simply the icing on the cake to a wonderful holiday.
The villa has everything you could need and more.. the games room, TVs in every room with Wii and Playstation for the young ones (and old ones! !), an excellent oversized wall mounted tv with crystal clear colour (plus the added benefit of a Netflix subscription)... really comfortable beds, great fixtures and fittings.....etc..etc the list is endless with the jewel in the crown being the Lanai and the fabulous pool and hot tub.
Alhough the children loved the themes parks, (and we did them all - and I would mention here if you have children 2 to 11 and have not planned to visit Legoland then you should really think about giving it a visit.. it really is worth the journey!) they were just as excited to get back home to the villa and straight into the pool. In truth I think my grandson would have been quite happy spending the whole holiday in the villa and pool.
Whilst there we entertained some american friends of ours who live in The Villages, a community north of Orlando, and they were so impressed with the villa and it's facilities that they have sent of the details to their son in Atlanta
So we would like to thank Alan and Morag and the villa management team for presenting a holiday accommodation unit that really does live up to it'so advertising slogan as a STUNNING villa...... because that is what it certainly is!

The property was as described and in a fab location, peaceful yet community based and close to amenities even on foot!? Via Starbucks was an added bonus! Great facilities for a home from home experience. Plenty of space in and outdoors for our family group; mam (grandma), me and husband, sister, Bro in law and 3 kids (18, 13 and 6) all managed to live in sync :-) pool and extended deck meant we all got the rays in the south facing space and plenty apres park room for a few refreshments into the evening. A great place all round thanx

Absolutely would recommend this villa. Had quite a few emails with the owner before we went, so very communicative. We've stayed in the villa before and would definitely go back. Even popped out the back to feed the herons some bread on this trip (never done that before). Had a great time and next time we come to Florida will be staying here again!
