All TVs are Smart and there are TVs in every bedroom.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 3----Double Bed- ensuite

Bedroom 4----2 Twins - themed super heroes room- en-suite

Bedroom 5----King bed- Jack and Jill Bathroom

Bedroom 6----Double bed- Jack and Jill Bathroom

Bedroom 7----King bed- en-suite

Bedroom 8----King bed- en-suite

Lounge area with large smart TV/ Laundry room

POOL SPA HEATING

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements.

BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost upon request.

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us.

PET POLICY

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed.

$150 Pet fee for each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

PARKING

This house fits 2 cars in the driveway and the overflow parking is about 250 feet down the same road. No street parking is allowed. This house has the option to park inside garage, up to 2 cars.
