3 Bedroom Value Plus Private Pool Home

Our home is situated in the rental communities surrounding the Orlando Theme Parks - maximum of a 30 minute drive. And only just over an hour to either coast - Daytona and Clearwater are the closest beaches.

Our 3 bedroom home has 2 bathrooms and has everything you need to make it home from home. This is our most economical home set to fit in any budget. The prefect base for you Orlando vacation

The home is not shared with anyone - this is a full home rental private to you

The pool is private to the home and is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the them parks. Our home offers you great value for those on a budget.

The parking is free and is right outside the door of the home

Our kitchens are fully equipped with everything from crockery to utensils - pots and pans - you dont need to bring anything.

Towels and linens are all included

Wifi is free

There are TVs in the living room and at least in the master bedroom as well

The home is self catering - but we do supply enough toilet tissue and some small soaps to get you started

Please complete BOTH STEPS of the registration so that you may receive the location and codes you need for the rental home - these steps make up the terms and conditions of your rental agreement

We need this registration as soon as possible to avoid any delays in your check in - it is advised you complete this immediately after you make your reservation if you are arriving with 7 days - or a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival if your arrival date is further out.

You will receive a confirmation email when the registration is complete.

Your check in details will then be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. This email will include the address of the exact home along with access codes for self check in - you do not need to go to an office first - you will go direct to the house you are renting

Our offices are open during business hours - Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm - any registrations completed outside this time frame will not be processed until the next business day

A mandatory property protection plan needs to be purchased at time of registration – the fee is $97.70 inc tax and is non- refundable.
The plan will cover up to $1000 of accidental damage ( exclusions apply ). This insurance policy replaces the need for a security deposit.
