A 1,822 Sq Ft, 4 bedroom single storey house located in Oak Island Cove. With no rear neighbours, the property has an uninterrupted view of the beautiful lake and conservation area.
We provide:

FAMILY ROOM
A spacious informal lounge area with large corner sofa. The family room is open plan to the kitchen and dining room. The ideal area to relax and watch our large screen TV with BluRay player and cable TV. Access to the pool deck is via the sliding doors and there is an uninterrupted view across the lake. An altogether stunning room.
KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything you will need to cater on your vacation, including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice-maker, telephone, along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware. The kitchen also has a breakfast area with seating for 4.
DINING ROOM
Located just off the kitchen and family room, our formal dining area contains a beautiful table with seating for 6/7 people.
MASTER BEDROOM 1
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished room. Our King bedroom also has a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, ceiling fan and a walk-in wardrobe off the En-suite Bathroom. The King room has a view across the pool and the lake.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
A spacious en-suite bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub, shower and WC. Leads into walk-in wardrobe.
MASTER BEDROOM 2
A luxurious Queen size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our Queen bedroom also has a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player and a ceiling fan.
TWIN BEDROOM 1
Tastefully decorated with a Palm theme, this bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD and a ceiling fan.
BATHROOM 2
Directly across from the Queen and Twin bedrooms is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower, bathtub and WC. All towels and linens are supplied.
TWIN BEDROOM 2
This contemporary bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD and a ceiling fan. This Twin room has a view across the pool and lake.
BATHROOM 3
Directly across from the second twin bedroom is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
GAMES ROOM
To keep you entertained we have located a games room in the garage area. Including a slate-bed pool table, air hockey and table tennis.
POOL & LANAI
The lanai area offers some welcome shade with a table and chairs before leading you to the South facing, covered pool deck, here you can relax on the quality sun loungers or enjoy a cool drink by the pool. Pool heat is optional, and recommended between October and April.

The villa was clean and comfortable for us. The local management team were very helpful and the pool did get cleaned. Walmart is 5 minutes away and so are the resturants and shops on Hwy 192. The outlook at the back is lovely and the fencing either side of the pool area gives a good level of privacy. We had good communication with the owner and Clickstay when we had to cut our trip short due to coronavirus and we hope to stay here again in future.

We had a shower rod come down on our second day, and the office sent someone over immediately to take care of it. The lady at the office was friendly and knowledgeable. I found myself looking for excuses to call the office to talk to her! Property was clean and well maintained, kids loved the pool. Very convenient to Disney.
We really enjoyed our stay, great house, very clean, and a nice, open floor plan for hanging out. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the evenings. Great neighborhood for an walk or run. All the conveniences, stores and restaurants you need within a couple of miles. Easy access to I-4.
We loved our stay at this property. It had all the comforts of home, in a beautiful setting. The convenience to the parks was a huge plus, and coming back to the quiet neighborhood and lovely views, while relaxing in the pool, was the perfect way to end our evenings. The communication was quick and friendly from Day 1! Our family looks forward to coming back to the area in 2 years, and would love to stay at this property again! Thank you for sharing it with us!

We love the friendly community the property is located in and relaxing by the pool, looking out over the lake is great way to wind down from a hectic day's activities.
