If you are searching for a worry-free condo rental - look no further.

One of the most important parts of your vacation is the place you stay. It must be comfortable and clean and it should offer lots of amenities. Another very important consideration is the ability to be able to get any issues you do have resolved quickly. Our weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday.

Rent our condo and rest easy. We are not absentee owners. We visit Myrtle Beach several times a year. We installed brand new flooring throughout the unit. We found it a challenge to maintain the carpet to our high standard of cleanliness. Having high grade flooring throughout means you can be assured that you will arrive to a cleaner and more visually appealing unit especially during the summer season.

Our goal is to provide you with a beautiful place to stay so that when people ask you what you thought of our condo you will say 'We loved it and we will rent it again'.

Myrtle Beach is a vacation destination with attractions and activities for all ages. Our villa is located in Barefoot Resort and allows you to be close to all the action and, at the end of the day, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings in your home away from home.

UNIT DESCRIPTION

Our condo offers the best of both worlds. It is on the 2nd floor and it offers views of the 13th hole on the Greg Norman golf course and the inland waterway. Sit out on the patio and enjoy your morning coffee, or a refreshing drink in the evening.

As you come in the front door, you will see the large, fully equipped, kitchen with a pass through to the dining area. The dining room table seats six (additional foldout chairs provided) and can also serve as the place to sit and enjoy a board game or a game of cards which we have available for you to use. 🎲♟️

The living room has a sofa which converts to a queen size sleeper and a comfortable chair where you can curl up and enjoy a book from our collection. An ottoman that converts into a cot twin bed is also available for children or young adults. The entertainment center boasts a 55” flat screen Roku TV. Enjoy a movie or a TV show on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime (separate subscriptions required) or on any of the countless local TV channels. The unit offers WI-Fi and free long distance to the US and Canada. 📺📶📞

The master bedroom has a king bed. A 32" flat screen Roku TV for your enjoyment. Just off the bedroom you will find the master bathroom and a walk-in closet. You will also find a twin foldout bed that you can use for additional guests.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, a 32" flat screen Roku TV and a WII system with a few games. In the hallway leading to the second bedroom, you will find a second full bath, a laundry area with a washer/dryer and an iron/ironing board for your convenience. 🎮

The Ironwood community is the only one in the Barefoot Resort to offer use of tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball court to our guests. You will find tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketballs and volleyballs in the outdoor closet located just off the patio. Also in the outdoor closet you will find pool noodles, boogie boards and a few beach chairs for your use. 🎾🏀🏐

Relax by the pool or plan a trip to the beach. During the summer months, our guests can hop on the complimentary Barefoot Beach shuttle service for the short ride to the beach. The shuttle will drop you off at the Barefoot Beach cabana where you will find showers and a washroom for your use while you enjoy your day at the beach. You can access the salt water pool with the Guest pass. 🏖️

For the golfers in your group, Barefoot Resort is built around four golf courses, named for the legendary players who designed them: the Love, Fazio, Norman, and Dye courses offer something for every golfer. There is a driving range and a restaurant where you can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat after your round. ⛳

Enjoy wine tasting at the Duplin winery (New 2015), located (5 minute drive) in Barefoot Landing. 🍷

Barefoot Resort is located right next to Barefoot Landing, a shopping, dining, wine tasting and entertainment complex. See a show at the House of Blues or the Alabama Theater, or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. Barefoot Landing also offers many interesting shops or, just travel a short distance down the road, and shop till you drop at the “Tanger Outlet Mall”, or the Myrtle Beach Mall, where you will also find a movie theater. 🛒

Within a few minutes’ drive of the condo, you will find activities to keep the kids busy. Enjoy a game of mini-putt golf (make sure to check for discount coupons in the tourist booklets). Take the family to Alligator Adventure where they can attend alligator feedings (seasonal), and see crocodiles, reptiles, river otters, and other creatures’ kids love. 🐊

Ours is a non-smoking condo. Additionally, no pets or motorcycles are allowed as per association rules. Pets that you may see around the development are those of owners only. 🚭

Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not included in the rate. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and again after you checkout.
