Your private little house!! My cottage is minutes away from Brickell, downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, US-1 and I-95, and very close to the Miami International Airport.

Recently updated, with wooden floors and tile throughout the house and a mini split AC/heat unit, which cools or heats the whole cottage. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee pot, electric oven, toaster, a big fridge/freezer. Cutlery, pottery, glasses are all included. You will only need to bring in your own food.
Toiletries are also included, as well as shampoo, conditioner, razor, razor foam, toothbrush and paste, liquid body wash, etc.
We replace toiletries (sheets, towels) once a week at no cost. Just let us know if you want this service (since you have your own private washer and dryer, you might want to wash them at your convenience)

NOTE: THERE IS A "NO PARKING" SIGN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF OUR STREET. PLEASE "DO NOT" PARK THERE AS YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AWAY AT YOUR EXPENSE.

PLEASE PARK ON OUR SIDE OF THE STREET. THERE IS ALWAYS ONE OR TWO PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR PROPERTY.
