Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with 3000 sq. ft. of living space. A real
home from home feel. Tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. Newly fitted
kitchen. Two separate living and eating areas. One living area has cable 40" TV,
DVD, VCR and stereo and the other a quiet area to just sit and relax and enjoy
the chilled pace of life in Florida.
One Master suite with en suite bath, shower and his 'n' hers sinks. One twin
bedded room with en suite shower room. One double room with access to its own
bath/shower room. All rooms have TV with xfinity.
High speed internet available just bring your laptop. You will love the villa
and the location. The beach is 10 minuets away and shops and supermarkets are 3
minuets away. Multiple golf courses in the circle, one is a 20 second walk from
the villa. Also, the private Rotonda circle park with tennis courts is a 3
minuet cycle from the house. Fishing is available at the villa from the jeti. A
vast amount of restaurants, bars and diners near the villa.
The master and double room both have direct access to the pool area. The
beautifully appointed south facing solar heated pool overlooks a freshwater
canal with your very own fishing dock.
The Rotonda circle is wild life reserve filled with large birds, bobcats, boars
and alligators. The main thing you see when you stay is the birds and the
occasional alligator or turtle in the canal.
Air conditioning and central heating with the added benefit of ceiling fans.

Excellent villa with everything you will ever need. The setting was wonderful with a lake to the rear and all the privacy a family would ever need. Strongly recommend this villa to any family who wants a relaxing holiday in Florida with beaches near to hand.

We spent a week in this beautiful and very spacious villa and have to say we couldnt fault it. Its beautifully decorated and very clean. Its in a very peaceful location overlooking a canal/waterway and all you can hear are the very many different birds singing away, some quite funny!! The villa has a beautiful pool and deck area that is very private, which is exactly what we wanted. I will say that we did get lost a few times in the maze that is Rotonda, so we did rely on our sat/nav to get us back to the villa, but by the end of our week I think we were getting the hang of it. We would definitely stay here again but I think we would try and get a flight into Tampa, as our flight was to Sanford and so its quite a drive! Already been looking for flights to Tampa!!

Excellent! We cant praise this property highly enough. We picked this because of the photos on the web and the fact that it was non-smoking and no pets. The villa was clean and tidy through out, the bedrooms and bathrooms huge. The pool area also was excellent and it was so peaceful watching the alligators swim on down the canal.. We played 2 rounds of golf locally and the courses were also great. Shopping only 10 mins away or 20 mins to Port Charlotte for eating/shops, cinema etc. Well done, keep it up and we hope to be back in the near future.
