Overview
This condo is situated on Legacy Dunes resort at Kissimmee. Resort amenities include a tropical style swimming pool with fountains, a further swimming pool (both with sun loungers), a clubhouse with games room, a cafe, a bar, a gym and fitness center, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball and children's play area. It is a very convenient location near enough the theme parks to come back for lunch and return to the theme parks later for the firework displays. Our condo is on the ground floor with easy access for Grandparents. Watch the children in the playground from the screened balcony. We are a hop, skip and jump away from the summer pool and volleyball court. This is a great location just off the W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (192) and is close to shopping and restaurants, outlet center and convenient for golf, lakes, nature reserves and fishing.

Swim, play tennis, volleyball or basketball at Legacy Dunes itself or use the golf driving practice net.
Walk and relax by the lake. Go to the gym or the clubhouse and games rooms.
Orlando Kissimmee is a great location for a family holiday, with easy access to Florida's big attractions - Disney World, Busch Gardens,Hollywood Studios, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. The amazing and awe-inspiring Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach water parks are nearby.
There are also rides through the Florida Everglades and plenty of children-friendly activities to keep everyone happy. The area has some excellent beaches, amongst them the white sandy beaches of Clearwater Beach on the Gulf coast and Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach on the east coast.
If it's nightlife you are looking for then there are plenty of attractions such as Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, City Walk, and Kissimmee main street along with the night clubs and restaurants on International Drive.
The region
Most people come for the theme parks.
Visit Discovery Cove and swim with the dolphins. You could play golf nearby. There is a wide choice of golf courses, including a Nick Faldo course or visit nature reserves.
Another must is to visit Busch Gardens at Tampa Bay - an hour drive.

the stay at this property was fantastic, the owner was brilliant and helpful 10/10, I would recommend anyone to book this 4 bed condo, as everything in it that you would need. legacy dunes is in a ideal spot for all Disney parks, the swimming pools are great, only 20 minutes from airport, would recommend strongly

Amazing pool - apparently they had a solar heater installed earlier this year - the temp was perfect for us. Quiet and not too busy but next to all the restaurants and entertainment we needed. 5 minutes from Disney. Way better than a hotel - having the kids in their own bedrooms means we get some privacy and much better sleep. TV in every room was a cool bonus. The kids loved the basketball courts, the tennis court, even tried beach volleyball. Two pools. But we used the tropical one - which has a beach-style entry, splash pad for the little kids (mine are too big for that) lots of shady and sunny spots to lounge.
The location was perfect for visiting Walt Disney World. We were no more than 10 minutes from any of the WDW parks. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping (Target & Walmart) within 5 minutes. The condo itself was great! Much better than staying in a hotel - and much cheaper!
We totally enjoyed our stay at this condo. This condo completely exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well decorated and had all the conveniences we needed. The condo is convenient to so many places -Disney, Sea World, Old Town and Celebration just to name a few. We explored the Four Corners area and it was so enjoyable to return to the condo at the end of the day and enjoy the view of the pool listen to the fountain and just relax!
Its gated for safety, close to the theme parks, very nice pool, close to grocery and retail stores to stock up on supplies. Everyone we met there was very nice.
The condo is in a great location and overlooks the large pool, in a beautiful community. The owner was very pleasant, and everything was just right. I recommend it highly. Dont miss the nearby Ale House for great food (and Ale!).
Location is excellent.... easy access to the attractions of florida....but far enough for your own space to relax.... ammenities onsite are great, pool and gym, ample parking.... grounds are nice and clean... would recommend to anyone who wants a break in Kissimmee.... just a shame we had to come home.... :-(

Super trip. Everything is within 10 - 15 minutes drive. Legacy Dunes itself is a superb place to stay and we made good use of tropical swimming pool/tennis courts/volleyball/ clubhouse and fitness center. Our condo was a 2 bed/2 bath condo and clean. A definite home from home with everything we needed.
Loved the atmosphere of the resort and all the amenities. Full service business center/ Fitness center and 2 large pools. Gated community at the gare to the Walt Disney resort. Close to shopping, restaraunts hospitals and attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

I bought the condo in Kissimmee because it is much nicer to stay in a condo than a room in a hotel. The facilities at Legacy Dunes are so good that it is rated number one Specialty Lodging in Kissimmee. It is convenient for everything. I am also planning to spend long periods here during my retirement and with grandchildren when they arrive! I like to get my winter sun!
