Overview
Our Beautiful Villa is tastefully decorated. We pride ourselves on the comfort and spaciousness of the Villa. There is a welcoming lounge and dinning area, with TV and music system as you enter, leading into a well contained kitchen, with Large American Style fridge/freezer with ice maker, full sized cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. In the kitchen there is also a breakfast nook.
The Villa has a Master bedroom with King size bed and a Private Master Bathroom fitted with a large bath, double Shower and a Walk in Closet. On the lower floor there is a downstairs WC. Also a Laundry Room with Large Washer and Dryer, iron and ironing board. Large white Pool Towels are available in this room for your use, free of charge.
On the upper floor is a galleried Family Room with large 52” wide screen TV/DVD/VIDEO, 1 x Queen size bedroom, and 2x twin bedded rooms plus Family Bath Room.
If you don’t want to go to the parks you can take a long awaited dip in the clear inviting water of our South Facing Pool and surrounding garden. Relax and let the stress slip away or have some fun with the children. We also have a games room with a fantastic 8 foot slate bed “Pool Table” and really cool full size “Air Hockey Table”, all for your enjoyment. Hope you have as much fun as we do with these.
Or if you have had a long hard day in the parks you can come home and finish the night with a relaxing soak in the Spa/Jacuzzi.
Attractions
Situated in Davenport Lakes there are many enjoyable features for you and your family to enjoy. You can visit the heated Communal Pool with Cabana, by the lakeside. While BBQ’s, are available in the adjacent picnic areas. There are Private Tennis courts for your use, plus for the younger members a really nice gated child’s outdoor play area.
There is also a boat ramp and dock, which is ideal for fishing.
We are close to many leading attractions:-
Disney World, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and many more attractions – 10mins
Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild, within 30 mins

Beautiful villa. Very spacious. Spotlessly clean. Great location - easy access to plenty of attractions and restaurants. The communication with the owner was excellent both before and after our trip.
I would recommend and would definitely re-book.

We stayed at the villa from the 23rd February 2017 until 2nd March 2017 and had a fabulous time. The villa is exactly what you see on the web site. there's everything you need for your stay and the pool and spa are wonderful, sun all day long!! We paid for the pool to be heated and it made such a difference and the temp was exactly right. It was good to have the two lounge areas if another member of the party wanted to watch tv or just relax there was plenty of space. It was a good central location for the Disney parks and shopping malls, then just a little bit further you have seaworld and universal studios. would definitely go back to the villa, loved it. We had a little problem with the lock on our last day but the management team had it sorted out out in a flash.

This was our 4th time in Orlando and 3rd time at a villa. They've gotten progressively better but it will be hard to beat this one. Everything about it was great, if you want easy access to I-4 and the parks then it's a 10min drive in the busy traffic. Access for food, 5 mins to Highway 192. Golf, take your pick, sun....we were there in October and got sun from 8:30 until 6:30! Pool was great as well and the villla has everything, good pool table for those like me that want a few games with a beer to cool down....perfect excuse! Sharon who owns it was great too, our flight was cancelled due to hurricane Matthew (turned out to be no more than a Scottish January around the airport I'm led to believe) but Sharon was really helpful, lots of good ideas, offers to extend our stay etc. Can't speak highly enough though I do fear good reviews and perhaps missing out myself next time I want to go!!!!!

The villa was great. Our family had a great time.
It is located within seconds of the intersection of Highway 192 and US 27, so access to Disney is easy. I'd say Disney is about a 10 minute drive tops in light traffic, and possibly 20 minutes in heavy traffic.
As far as the villa itself, it isn't the newest villa around (more lavish and MUCH more expensive properties have been built since this one), but it looks beautiful and is extremely well maintained.
Don't let me scare you, though, the villa appeared to be no more than 8 years old, so it is still fairly young.
The pool and spa were excellent. We spent a few days just staying at the villa and enjoying that.
The pool table and air hockey table were great added extras, and kept my son occupied for several hours during our trip. The other added extras, the big screen TV and the Playstation 2, were also great to have.
In summary, it is a nice, clean place with a great pool and spa. Plus, it has some nice added extras It is close to Disney. And, the price is right, making this an extremely great value for all you get. You can't ask for much more than that.

Excellent property - with an ideal location for Disney. The property is just of the 192 at the west end giving a short journey to Disney.
Both walmart and Publix shops within a couple of miles and a libary with free internet available.
The villa has a great feel to it with the Master bedroom being located downstairs with a door out to the pool and spa.
As a first time visitor to Florida, I found everything about the villa ideal for my family and me as a base for the parks and as a place to relax away from them.

We had a great time thank you and very sad to get back to rainy England. We are still quite tired as we had a very full holiday with not much relaxation time. There is so much to see and to be honest I wish we had booked another week but hey ho we needed to get back to earn money. If we had the money we would come back every year and would be very happy to stay at your villa again. Its a great location and quite when you want it to be. We loved the villa, you are very lucky to have such a lovely place.

We had a lovely time in Florida. Your villa was great. We spent six days visiting theme parks then headed south to Anna Maria Island for a weeks relaxing by the water. I have to say I had not realised how much the Orlando area had to offer other than theme parks and we could have stayed longer . We were out all day and did not probably use all the facilities to the full although the pool was welcome when we got back most days. Everything was very clean and tidy on our arrival and we left it all in order too. All on all your villa was a real home from home and ideally suited to two families such as we were , holidaying together. I think I did mention in my initial e-mail to you on our return that your Management Co. were excellent very supportive on any issues. Unfortunately the weather did spoil things simply because every park day visit was disrupted by the terrible weather. Your villa is beautiful and it's given me food for thought about buying out there my self and selling my Turkey apartment. Loads of places to eat and the folks out there were all friendly, in all honest if you don't enjoy Florida you have to be brain dead. We had a fantastic time in Florida and your villa provided us with the perfect base for our marathon park visits. Our only complaint is that we had to leave! We particularly appreciated the shortcut you gave us for getting to the Disney Parks. This saved us a lot of time, particularly given that we visited every Disney Park (some twice) and was also useful in avoiding the 192 when joining the I4 to get to Universal and the Shopping Outlets.We had the excitement of a tornado watch whilst we were there, but thankfully it stopped at the edge of South Clermont and there was no damage to your property - the Florida t.v. weather coverage is certainly thorough! We had no reason to contact the management company, but he did pop round to introduce himself and check that everything was okay, which we did appreciate.Thanks again for the use of your beautiful villa,David, Pauline and Ben - Apr 09

Back to work after a great holiday in Florida. We loved your villa and found it an excellent base for the parks, the kids made sure the air hockey table got a good work out in the evenings but the pool was their favorite thing about the villa. We have a screen south facing pool, which is excellent for your morning coffee around the pool. The garden is screened by a 6 foot fence, making the garden nicely secured and private. A two storey building where the garden is not over looked.

Our family, friends and work colleagues all have a great time using our Villa. We chose the area because it has both residential and rental properties, so its a great combination. The Villa is in a quiet neighborhood, so you can sit out in the evenings in peace and quiet read a book and just enjoy a glass of wine. Tha'ts my idea holiday, plus the weather, and a dip in the pool always helps.
