Overview
Our Beautiful Villa is tastefully decorated. We pride ourselves on the comfort and spaciousness of the Villa. There is a welcoming lounge and dinning area, with TV and music system as you enter, leading into a well contained kitchen, with Large American Style fridge/freezer with ice maker, full sized cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. In the kitchen there is also a breakfast nook.
The Villa has a Master bedroom with King size bed and a Private Master Bathroom fitted with a large bath, double Shower and aWalk in Closet. On the lower floor there is a downstairs WC. Laundry room fitted with a large Washer and Commercial Dryer, iron and ironing board. Large white Pool Towels are available in this room for your use, free of charge.
On the upper floor is a galleried Family Room with large 52” wide screen TV/DVD/VIDEO, 1 x Queen size bedroom, and 2x twin bedded rooms plus Family Bathroom.
If you don’t want to go to the parks you can take a long awaited dip in the clear inviting water of our South Facing Pool and surrounding garden. Relax and let the stress slip away or have some fun with the children. We also have a games room with a fantastic 8 foot slate bed “Pool Table” and really cool full size “Air Hockey Table”, all for your enjoyment. Hope you have as much fun as we do with these.
Or if you have had a long hard day in the parks you can come home and finish late into the night with a relaxing soak in the Spa/Jacuzzi.
Attractions
Situated in Davenport Lakes there are many enjoyable features for you and your family to enjoy. You can visit the heated Communal Pool with Cabana, by the lakeside. While BBQ’s, are available in the adjacent picnic areas. There are Private Tennis courts for your use, plus for the younger members a really nice gated child’s outdoor play area.
There is also a boat ramp and dock, which is ideal for fishing.
We are close to many leading attractions:-
Disney World, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and many more attractions – 10mins
Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild, within 30 mins

A fabulous 4 bedroom property. Well maintained with modern features and very clean. Our family spent many hours in the pool whiched is fenced off so gives you privacy. If we were not in the pool we were in the games room playing pool and air hockey. It is in a residential area and the neighbours are very friendly. A car is essential it is about a mile away from Wallmart and the 192 where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. 15 minutes to Disney and less than 30 minutes to Universal. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to everybody. Would love to stay at the villa again next time we are in Florida.

We can honestly not think of anything to improve the villa as it is so comfortable
We had a great time thank you and very sad to get back to rainy England. We are still quite tired as we had a very full holiday with not much relaxation time. There is so much to see and to be honest I wish we had booked another week but hey ho we needed to get back to earn money. If we had the money we would come back every year and would be very happy to stay at your villa again. Its a great location and quite when you want it to be. We loved the villa, you are very lucky to have such a lovely place.

We have a screen south facing pool, which is excellent for your morning coffee around the pool. The garden is screened by a 6 foot fence, making the garden nicely secured and private. A two storey building where the garden is not over looked.
