**POOL HEATING

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in dat

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, and overflow parking in some areas of the neighborhood. No street parking is allowed in some areas.

BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed
