**PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS* The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking on the street
BBQ GRILL Small charcoal grill provided free of charge. If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm
***PET POLICY No pets allowed. If we find a pet on property we will charge $500 fine.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
