Overview
Our beautiful single storey 4 bedroom villa is situated on the prestigious community of High Grove , a peaceful gated community less than 10 minutes from Disney World Florida. This much sought after location places you in the ideal position to experience all that Orlando has to offer from a quiet and relaxing base.
The villa has 2 master suites each with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom and as its own private screened , heated swimming pool.
This luxury villa comes complete with all modern amenities a fully fitted kitchen / diner, a fabulous games room, air conditioning throughout, smoke and security alarms, free Wi Fi, 6 TVs inc a 50" lcd with home cinema system and a selection of cds and dvds and a safe.
We also offer free use of a cot and bedding, a high chair and a stroller.
Inside the villa
Inside the villa you will find a large living / family room with 50" tv. patio doors open onto the pool area.There is a fully fitted kitchen / diner with seating for 6 at the table plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.The original double garage has been converted into a fabulous games room with a 7 pool table, a table tennis table,a air hockey table,an electronic dartboard and a playstation 2.There are 2 master bedrooms each having en suite bathrooms and large closets and both have tv/dvds. The other 2 are twin bedrooms and have a jack n jill bathroom with access from either room, they too have large closets and tv / dvds
All doors giving access to the pool area , the games room and the font door are alarmed so that our younger guests can't sneak out alone.
Outside the villa
Our villa has a lovely 28 x 14 swimming pool which can be heated if required,( recommended from October to March ) surrounded by a large patio which includes a covered lanai and is furnished with a table and chairs for lunch and cool drinks and luxury padded sun loungers for soaking up all that Florida sunshine.
Unlike many villas our pool deck has a lovely view over a lawned retention area, giving a good degree of privacy and receives sun until dusk making a great place to watch a Florida sunset.
The pool is screened to keep out the bugs ( but this does not affect your tan in any way ) and is serviced weekly, Pool toys are provided for the children young and old.
For additional peace of mind all doors leading to the pool have child alarms fitted.
There is also a bathroom with access from the pool area with out the need to enter the villa and a good supply of pool towels.
This beautiful community is home to a fantastic clubhouse which includes a reception with helpful staff, a gym,a lounge with free tea and coffee , computers and free wi fi, a games arcade and a large communal swimming pool and spa.
There is also a fenced children's play area for the smaller guests.

Lovely property, clean and well presented, pool was a great feature, excellent area which was close enough to everything we needed but quiet enough to relax when needed. Would definitely stay again if visiting and would highly recommend to anyone else. Very pleased overall.

The property was exactly as described on Clickstay. It was well maintained, clean and spacious. The complex that it was part of is quiet and peaceful. We choose to have the pool heated and it was lovely. It was very close to everything we wanted to do and there are 2 golf courses within a 5 minute drive. There was a problem with the flush in one of the toilets which when reported the maintenance guy attended and fixed within 15 minutes. The pub just outside the gates of the complex was so handy and friendly and the food was good. The instructions from the airport were excellent but as our car rental was offsite from the airport we tried to put address and Zip code into the sat nav and it was not recognised. We discovered that the pub address and code was recognised so we stored it. We travel to Florida regularly and would not hesitate to book this house again. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay in Highgrove. The villa is ideally located just off the 192 with just a short drive to Disney and International Drive.
The villa itself had everything you could ask for including a lovely west facing pool/patio area allowing for wonderful views of the sunset every night.
Ray was a brilliant host, quick to respond and very flexible. We even had to rearrange flights due to hurricane Dorian but Ray was extremely helpful and flexible in ensuring we would not miss out any days from our stay.
We could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely return here in the future.

We had a fantastic time in your lovely villa , it was well equipped and we had the best time ever.
After a full day out it was great to come back to the villa and chill by the pool , the games room was an added bonus . We found it spacious enough for our group of two families 4 adults 1 teenager and two under 10 s . I thought the location was great, close to the Clubhouse and play area . We could not fault a thing and would highly recommend .

We have stayed in High Grove many times and Ray's villa stands amongst the best yet. It was immaculately clean, very well furnished, extremely comfortable and excellently located. Communication with Ray was excellent and he was extremely helpful. One very minor issue with the Dryer was quickly dealt with by Darren who conveniently was cleaning the pool at the time. We are already looking at next year, and hopefully once we've sorted out our dates, we will have no hesitation in staying at 510 again.
