2 living areas, the first is at the front of the home, this has a quiet seating area ideal for reading/playing board games and a formal dining table that seats 6 persons.
The family area is at the rear of the home and is open plan and attached to the kitchen. This has a large leather sofa and a loveseat, wall mounted smart tv with sound bar and slider doors leading on to the spectacular pool area!
Take your pick from one of four beautiful bedroom suites:
Bedroom one with 1 King bed, walk in closet, dresser and side tables with ample storage, wall mounted smart tv, pool access with slider doors. This bedroom has a private en-suite with tub, walk in shower and his and her sinks.
Bedroom two with 1 Queen size Bed and space for a crib or corral, closet, wall mounted smart tv and ample storage for clothes.
Bedroom three with 2 full Size beds, closet, wall mounted smart tv and drawers for storage.

The pool area has an oversized pool deck with outdoor dining table and chairs, sun loungers, safety fence all with no rear neighbors - a stunning lake view!

January 2024 - Stayed with kids Rating, 5 stars We loved the house! Though it was a bit cold to swim this time of year my husband and kids still jumped in the heated pool at least twice for a quick swim! The game room was a hit! Very spacious and clean house. 30 min from Orlando and 1 hour from Tampa and close to many restaurants and stores. Great location! Would def stay again and recommend to others!
Rating, 5 stars November 2023 - Stayed with kids Samantha was very nice and personable . The place was nice and tidy as it looked on the pictures. I would definitely recommend this home and whenever I am in the area I will book again.
