Overview
Lola´s Cottage is a beautiful vintage cottage, built in 1981 and totally renovated in 2019. The furnishings with artists inspired vintage furniture and lovely pieces from the first owner Ethel, Lola´s Cottage is just amazing.
Lovely decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Queen and full bedrooms each with their own private bath. A sofa-bed in the living room is also a queen once pullout. A roomy comfortable living area with versatile sofa and recliner to lounge on after a day at the beach. The living room area is flanked by windows. The front entrance patio with a table and lounge chairs is a great place for morning coffee or evening drinks just to relax. Ceiling fans, air-conditioning and furnace allow you to control the temperature for your comfort. Secure Wi-fi included.
Full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The owners provide 2 kayaks and 2 bicycles for just $ 10 each a week.
Parking is available for 2 cars at the cottage.
Electricity: There is a $ 25/ weekly flat for electricity that will be charged on day of arrival.
ALDI – a German grocery store is 2 minutes away. Other groceries are also within few minutes distance.
This is the quiet lot, away from all of the crowds but still only a 10 minutes ride to Fort Myers Beach, the pier, several beach restaurants and bars. Sail boat, jet ski and paddle board rentals are next door. You can be as active or idle as you want at this little cottage in paradise.
For the shelling enthusiast, Sanibel/Captiva Islands are 10minutes away. For the golfer, Shell Point Golf Club is only 10 minutes away, with a hundred more within 1 hour of our cottage. Two miniature golf courses are located just north of the island. Several marinas on the island offer day or night fishing, and boat rentals. There is a fishing pier located in Time Square. You can take the trolley to Lovers Key State Park (south of the island) and rent a kayak or canoe or explore the nature trails, hiking or bird watching. Para-sailing along the gulf coast or enjoy our gulf breezes windsurfing or kite boarding.
