Our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa sleeps 8 and has its own 12ft x 24ft swimming pool. It is situated on the prestigious Esprit development just a short distance from Walt Disney World drive
Overview
Our villa is in an ideal location known as the four corners situated at the west end of US192 on a 9 hole golf course and overlooking a putting green and ornamental lake.
We offer free high speed fibre optic Wi Fi access and a safe for all valuables.We are also within short driving distance to the other main theme park and attractions. We are close to shops and restaurants but the site is still peacefull. There is access to a 400 acre lake with barbeque area and tennis and basketball courts. A community swimming pool is also available. For more challenging golf the Orange Lake course is nearby.
A large Walmart store is 5 minutes north off US 27 as well as McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bells and Papa John Pizzas for take aways. Restaurants such as Chillis, Longhorn steakhouse and Applebees are also close by.
Helpfull information is available in our home such as directions to major attractions and areas of interest as well as contact details for park and attraction tickets.
Entrance is via code so no need to collect or return keys.
Accomodation details
We have recently modernised our kitchen with granite worktops and new small appliances.
The lounge has a new suite which includes a sleeper bed. There is also smart TV with Netflix,Disney + and Roku channels There is also a DVD and C.D Player.
A second seating area leads out via patio doors onto the covered lanai and pool deck. A table and chairs provide a dining area for alfresco dining and a sofa and sun beds for relaxing
The second double bedroom has large closets and the use of the second bathroom which has a bath and a shower. There is a smart TV in each bedroom.
The third bedroom has twin beds and a walk in closet with smartT.V and an inbuilt DVD player
The large master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower and vanity unit and a door for access to the pool area. It also has a large walk in closet with a safe. The bedroom also has smart TV. and a hairdryer.

The Villa was perfect for us, great location, very clean and the pool was a real hit with the kids. Communication with Lesley was good, and the offer of being able to stay for longer if needed was a welcome relief with the incoming hurricane closing Tampa airport along with the air traffic control issues in the UK. We would definitely look to stay here again if we were to visit Florida in the future.

What an amazing property. It was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Location was just right, not too far from the parks, shops and restaurants (although you certainly need a car to get to these). Lesley’s communication has been excellent throughout, well recommended.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa and in a good location close to Disney (Traffic can get quite busy though). Although it is in a residential area there is lots of things about that aren't that far to drive to. Communication with owner has been excellent she always replied promptly to any questions I had. Would recommend.

Fantastic 2 week stay at this villa. Great location as we were familiar with this area. Very close to shops and plenty restaurants within a short driving distance. One small issue with Wi-Fi not working but messaged Lesley and was dealt with immediately. Great large pool area with enough sun beds and seats for everyone. Would also stay at this villa again due to location and cleanliness of villa.
