We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well. We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit. We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance. All of the villas we list on Florida Rentals have been personally vetted by us and we can assure you that they all have luxury furnishings and are in a great locations on some of Orlando's best resorts. Your villa is close to Disney, please see exact location on location tab. Your villa has it's own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air conditioned throughout, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and washing/drying facilities. Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean. Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.
