Situated in the Emerald Island gated resort with 24/7 security and just 2 miles from Disney World our 6 bedroom spacious luxury villa has all the home comforts required for a relaxing vacation. With Pool heating and Spa heating included in the price, a comprehensive games room with Xbox, PlayStation and Wi as well as pool table , table tennis and Air hockey there’s plenty to keep you amused or simple relax in front of the large screen TV’s with cable and Roku, switch on the pool side audio system or home theater in the family room, just what’s needed after a day at the parks. Its close enough to split your day at the park , going in early morning and coming back for lunch missing the heat of mid day and then back early evening .
Keeping in touch is easy as we have High speed broadband, WI-Fi, a powerful computer and printer as well as internet telephony with free calls anywhere in the world.
Emerald Island clubhouse is 100 yards walk and has many extra amenities including

What a fantastic villa! We'll kitted out and very clean. We always stay in Emerald Island Resort when we go to Florida but this is the best place we've stayed in. It felt like home from home and both Graham and Sue were brilliant with supporting us during Hurricane Idalia. We will definitely be back in the future.

It was a wonderful home from home experience. Plenty of room for my very large family of 5 children and our friends with their 3. So much already provided for children and entertainment. Every room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The heated pool was wonderful. We have visited Orlando area many times and we all agreed that this was our favorite stay yet. Many thanks

Absolutely perfect. Check in and out very straightforward. Villa well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery etc. There were only 2 of us but more than enough for 10 people. Lovely to have a very efficient dishwasher and laundry equipment. Also good quality sheets and towels. Solar pool heating very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Emerald Island Resort is a clean and well managed resort!..Close to all restaurants, supermarkets etc though car certainly needed!
Felicity’s Villa was perfect for our needs, … spotlessly clean with lots of everything, linen, towels, baby needs, computer,Wi-Fi , and to much more to mention, quite great games room used constantly by the children,…It would be difficult to find any faults!…

Have read some horror stories of booking villas etc…none would apply to Felicity’s!…No hesitation in recommending it , family loved it and would happily stay there again!

Gorgeous villa, very spacious and well equipped with all mod cons. The children (and the adults!) loved the “games room” and of course the pool. Conveniently located (in a gated community) near to all the Disney World parks. Will definitely book again for a return visit soon!

We have owned this delightful property since it was a plot of land. Our family and friends visit yearly as we rent out somewhat infrequently to help with expenses. Every year we renew anything required and treat the villa as our home from home, so there are plenty of additions over the year, from the shaved ice machine to Roku's in the Tvs. We chose the area as one of the best secluded and yet just 10 minutes from Disney locations, so easy access to plenty of local amenities from eateries through waterparks and cinemas all off the 192.
