Sunchaser Villa On Eagle Pointe

Would highly recommend the villa..fantastic!
Its in a lovely quiet residential estate near to shops, restaurants and the theme parks.
Beautiful outlook over the lakes, saw lots of wildlife including a gator/croc (don't know the difference - but it beady eyes and big teeth) was amazing to seen it hunting.
The owner Steve was very informative and very accommodating. Always replied to messages very promptly..
The villas decor is beautiful and very well kept...loved it.
The other half became pool man for the week, cleaning it daily and then the real pool man turned up...he thanked my other half for keeping it clean ..lol....
The garage makes an excellent drying room., would be good if there was a clothes airer that could be put up in there or for use outside by the pool for drying towels etc.
I dd all our washing an ironing at the villa and came home with a clean case of clothes with only the our travelling clothes to do 😁
We had a great time and was so nice to come back after long days to such a homely place...

We have just stayed 2 weeks here a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children ages 14 & 12) end of August.
We loved everything about this villa and it was absolutely perfect for us. Already looking to see when we can return. Loved the electronic welcome board and the information it provided especially during the hurricane and the updates it provided. Fantastic communication with management company whilst there to reassure us and let us know what we needed to do regarding the hurricane and when pool alarm was flashing low we sent a message through the electronic board and someone was in touch straight away and came that day to replace battery. Pool area was all lovely and clean and plenty of interesting birds around the lake, sadly we didn’t manage to spot any gators though. The children had really wanted a villa with a games room but in the end we didn’t use it that much as it was so hot in the garage we could manage a quick game of pool early in the mornings before heading out for the day. It didn’t matter as turned out they preferred playing in pool instead anyway.
Nothing took us more than 25 minutes to get to even with traffic and that was to Universal. We would do theme parks in morning then come back to villa in afternoons for a cool off in pool then go back to parks early evening, we rented a car and getting around to everywhere was very straight forward. Walmart and loads of places to eat only a few minutes drive away.
The only one thing that I would change would be for there to be a pool alarm button on outside also for when coming back into villa from pool area as when early morning or late at night and others were still sleeping there is nothing you can do to stop the alarm going off until you press the button inside and it is very loud. As the holiday went on we got quicker at pressing it but not quick enough to stop the noise going off at all.
We would 100% recommend this villa and cannot wait to return again after making amazing family memories here.

Absolutely brilliant and beautiful Villa.

Prior to getting there the airline were flying in with changed our dates very last minute so we were worried that we would be homeless for a few nights, thankfully the owner managed to move the booking for us with no fuss at all.

On arrival, the villa was well presented, very clean and tidy and feels like it's been recently updated. Rooms are all of a great size so even with a party of 5 we never felt on top of one another. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery and all the amenities you'll need! Lots of space for family time too! It also has an electronic welcome board that has all the information, contact details and even local amenities and attractions nearby, this proved very useful and helped us save money on parks!

Our only issue if were to have one was that on arrival the pool had no heat despite paying for it however after one quick email to the management company it was resolved the next morning.

The villa itself is set within a small community, Eagle Pointe, which is quiet and is a much needed calm away from the madness of the parks and traffic! Nowhere was far away and there is a giant Walmart about 5 minutes drive away to stock up on the essentials. In traffic It took us around 20 minutes to get to the parks which by Floridian standards is quick! It overlooks a lake with is abundant with wildlife, birds, turtles and even alligators! If you're into your aviation and plane spotting too it's right under the landing path of Kissimmee Gateway Airport so planes are going over all the time but not in an annoying way, other than the rich people on their private jets, that's annoying!

Overall, an amazing trip and will definitely be returning.

My new husband and I stayed at the Sunchaser Villa for our honeymoon in May 2023. The communication with the owner and the management team before, during and after arrival was great (even when we had to shift our dates slightly). The villa was in a lovely neighbourhood and we felt safe whilst staying in the area. It's ideally located close to the I192 and about 20 minutes from the Disney parks and 25 minutes from Universal. The pool was wonderful after a long day walking around the parks and we spent many a morning sitting by the pool and watching the wildlife in the lake out back. We would recommend this villa to couples and families looking for a good base to explore the theme parks and the surrounding area.

Thank you very much for staying at our villa and congratulations again on your wedding. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. In the Happy Stays App provided by our management company prior to arrival it does give information about both the Pool Alarm and instructions on using the ice machine. I apprciate though that there is a lot of information on that app that not all guests read through. So I'm looking at putting together an FAQ crib sheet which will be more summarised. Of course our management company are on hand and happy to answer any immediate questions that our guests have regarding the home and it's facilities. I know the Pool Alarm can be a bit of a shock if you are not expecting it, however it is a safety feature which the state of Florida is hopeful will save lives especially for small children. I have now reset the TV up so that this works all from one remote control, I had the same experience when I was there in the last 2 weeks. Apologies for not spotting that issue earlier. I'm sorry you experienced some cleanliness issues, I will be taking that up with our management company. The kitchen equipment are older models but they are fully functional and easy to use so we have not seen the need to change them. We will be modernising the kitchen as part of our ongoing development of the property and hopefully this project will address any other minor issues you found. I'd like to thank you for your observations it helps us to keep improving the property. I do hope that you consider us again for your next visit to the sunshine state, where we can show you the improvements from your review. Blij verrast waren wij met de villa.
Het was ruim, comfortabel, compleet en zeer schoon. De tuin met zwembad heel mooi met fijn tuinmeubilair.
De rustige buurt en de centrale ligging was voor ons prima. Het is 10 minuten met de auto naar winkels en restaurants.
Wij hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad en kunnen deze villa van harte aanbevelen.
Het contact met de eigenaar was vlot en prettig. Twee uurtjes later uitchecken was geen probleem.
Kortom: een super villa voor een fantastische vakantie!

Wow, where do we begin? We travelled from the UK for a 10 day trip to Disney World. Myself, My partner and our two sons (2 and 1).

We booked this villa about a year in advance, our excitement got the better of us and from the pictures we knew it would be perfect for our family of 4. We were not disappointed and the villa exceeded our expectations!

Firstly, the location of the villa (Eagle Pointe) is an easily accessible community just off the US192 (our preferred area in Kissimmee for our vacations). With close access to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Walmart is just a 9 minute drive away and the Disney parks 15-25 minutes. With driveway space for our hire car, we had no trouble getting out and about during our 10 day stay.

Upon entering the villa, we were greeted by an electronic welcome screen with a personalised message which was a really nice touch. The screen provided hints and tips throughout our stay, with an accompanying app which had villa details and access to discounts on park tickets and other amenities. The hallway was filled with beautiful Disney artwork, which the kids loved!

There is a cosy living space with two comfortable sofas (one of which I believe is a sofa bed which would be great for larger groups) - a coffee table, side tables with lamps and a television with ROKU so plenty of things to watch. There were also games and books, and a dining table where we shared family meals.

The kitchen was equipped with all we needed for cooking and storing food - a large fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster, microwave, hob, oven, blender, coffee maker and kettle. There were plenty of pots and pans and trays for the oven, as well as plates bowls and cutlery (including plastic ones which were great for the kids). We were also greeted with a welcome bag which had some coffee, sugar, salt+pepper, cleaning products, toilet rolls etc. It was also nice having a dishwasher so we didn't have to worry too much about washing up (although we did find that easy too thanks to the double sink, shower tap and garbage disposal). The kitchen also had a table and chairs so we could enjoy breakfast while looking out at the pool and the lake.

The laundry room had a large washer and dryer - we managed to wash all of our clothes before we came home! There was an iron and ironing board (admittedly...we didn't use these) - and through the laundry room an interior door to the garage/game room, which had some pool floats, baby high chair and a pool table!

There are three sizeable bedrooms - one with twin single beds which had a Harry potter theme. Our son LOVED this room - and he had his own ROKU TV so could watch his favourite videos in peace. He also had a bedside table with lamp, and a built in wardrobe. Next door was a double bedroom which we used for our other son - we set up the travel cot for him (which was also provided in the villa). This room also had a ROKU TV mounted to the wall, bedside table with lamp, a large dresser and built in wardrobe. The bed was very comfortable although none of us slept in it, we did lay down while giving our son his bedtime bottle. These two bedrooms were separated by a bathroom - with toilet, sink and shower.

Our room was the Master bedroom. Myself and my partner fell in love with the super king sized bed. The room also featured bedside tables with lamps, a large dresser, walk in wardrobe, ROKU TV and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, a toilet and a large walk in shower. A minor piece of feedback in that this shower didn't have the best water pressure, but was enough to keep us clean after hot days walking around the theme parks.

Lastly, the pool deck. What a glorious place to spend our time! We paid for the pool heating and this was a great choice - some mornings the pool was literally steaming so we never felt the chill. It was also glorious at night as the pool has a glowing colour changing light. On the pool deck was two sun loungers, a table and chairs with parasol. We enjoyed sitting out there on our rest days, soaking up the sun and looking out on the gorgeous lake. We saw plenty of wildlife, including a variety of birds, a turtle and an alligator! The sliding door to the pool was equipped with an alarm so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting out - again another minor piece of feedback, it would be great to have a button for this on the outside of the pool door as well, so we didn't have to worry about waking the kids up when we came in after an evening sitting outside.

All in all, this villa is amazing. Beautifully clean, great attention to detail and really felt like home for our family. We loved it, and would relish the opportunity to stay again in future. Thanks to Steve and the management team who maintain such a beautiful vacation home!
