Larry's home was incredible. It had 5 rooms full of privacy for our big group of 8. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on at an rental property. The pool was our favorite part of the house. We used it everyday. Larry was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Great host and absolutely great space

This house was so perfect for our family. We wanted to be close to the Disney parks and it was just a short drive. There was plenty of room and we used the pool and game room every single day. Our boys had the best birthday ever staying there and we would absolutely book this place again if we were back in Orlando!

Larry's house was immaculate and decorated so cute!! Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, hot tub and game room. Any questions we had Larry responded immediately! We would definitely stay here again!!

Extremely clean home. Easy to have privacy as bedrooms were not next to each other and had bathrooms that were away from main living area. Beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and location was great for us.

Such an amazing stay! Great clean house. Perfect location! Clean and warm pool! Beautifully decorated! Would definitely stay again if in the area. Had no contact with owner after arrival... however that was by choice... so cannot comment on response time. :-) Thanks for a great experience!

What a stunning place!! We loved the space and neighborhood, well kitted for anything you will need. Hot tub lovely and warm, BBQ easy to use, and Disney themed throughout. Some nice touches. Highly recommended. Chris

If you’re looking for a great place to stay with lots of space and an awesome pool area, this is it. When we were looking for a place to stay on our vacation, one of the main things we wanted was a large pool with a hot tub. We found Larry’s place and it did not disappoint. We stayed during a cold snap, but the pool stayed nice and warm and we used the hot tub every night. Larry was very responsive, and we were thankful to reach him right away when we needed assistance with the door code on check in. We stayed with some extended family, and thoroughly enjoyed to dual master suites. There was lots of common space to enjoy in the evening when the kids went to bed early, and lounge together in the mornings before we started the day. The house is located a bit farther out of town than some other places we have stayed. That said, there were really great amenities and restaurants nearby which we enjoyed. We’d definitely visit again.

Larry is a First Class Host. I work for the airlines so anyone that flies knows exactly what I mean. He communicates almost within minutes of leaving him a message. Excellent to work with. Now on to his beautiful super clean home. We had 3 couples and an infant and we still didn’t use 2 of the bedrooms that’s how much space this lovely house has. My hobby is interior designing and I can tell you this house decor is top notch. The pool and hot tub was a winner also. He has many beach towels, many lazy chairs to relax in the backyard and a grill to BBQ which we did. A patio table to play cards or eat which we did both. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. We ate breakfast and lunch at the house and ate out for dinner, new pots and pans were spot on. He even has a crib, high chair, dishes and cups for kids. Oh and don’t let me forget the game room. Hubby and nephew spent many hours out there. As you can tell by this review we all were very happy. My hubby and I travel the world as I’ve worked for the airlines for 21 years and have stayed at many nice places and this one is now on that list. Finally if you’re visiting Disney World as we did, this house is only 25 mins away. Look no further this is where you want your family to stay. Larry we look forward to our next Orlando stay.

Very clean and comfortable house. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Larry was very kind and helpful. The house is near Disney parks and had grocery stores near by. We had a wonderful time there!

Very clean and organized house. Everything you need. Close to everything: Disney, Publix, outlets, Walmart and even clinics !

Larry’s place was pretty close to most things. Quiet neighborhood. He has towels to use in the bathroom and at the pool which was great!

This Host was nothing short of amazing . He responded with quickness and care. The house was exactly like the pictures, it was all amazing with a book full of helpful tips. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking forward to our next visit with Larry! I would suggest this home to everyone, it was huge and we loved the pool. Thank you Larry for a great visit !

Location was great- really close to Disney and Universal. This house was beautiful and clean. House was spacious!

The place was great! Close enough for some fun adventures but far enough for some peace. The only down side if any is the game room can get hot even with some fans but other then that everything was great! Love the Disney theme

The home was beautiful and the pictures and description were accurate. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The bathroom beside the pool was very useful! The kids (and adults) loved the game room. The home was spread out and had plenty of space for two families. We loved the two master suites. The location was close to parks, restaurants, and shopping. Larry was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. The price was great for the space! Our only con would be that the beds were not quite up to our comfort standards but everything else was absolutely wonderful! Deanne

Larry was quick to respond to the few questions we had. The home was just as listed, clean, close enough to all the parks but far enough from the chaos. The pool alarms for the sliding doors was a great safety feature since we have a toddler. Privacy was great also. Felt like I was home!

The house was simply amazing, no detail left undone. Swimming pool was a huge hit for the boys. Location is just outside all the hustle and bustle of Orlando making it easy to just relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun.
