Overview
This area is perfect, as it offers convenient access to all of Orlandos exciting attractions, whilst providing a peaceful home away from home in which to relax.
Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community with its own 4 lakes and a wooded conservation area that has a walk/cycle way round it. There is a small play area for young children and a field with goal nets for ball games.
The restaurants, shops and amenities of the 192 (including Medieval Times and a Walmart Superstore) are just 5 minutes away in the car.
It is essential to hire a car in order to fully enjoy a holiday here.

My house has 4 bedrooms:
Master bedroom suite with King sized bed, patio doors to the pool area, and a fantastic en-suite with 2-person shower, huge bath, twin washbasins and separate toilet, plus walk-in wardrobe.
"Jack & Jill" bedrooms that share a full bathroom - one double (5ft bed) and one twin.
Further twin room and third full bathroom.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all have cable Smart TVs.
There are hairdryers in every bathroom.
There is a large open plan living area with vaulted ceiling that includes the fully equipped kitchen (full size hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, etc), a breakfast bar with 4 stools, a formal dining area that seats 8 and a sitting area with cable SMART TV(32”), DVD, CD player, all fully furnished. Patio doors lead out to the pool again.
Double garage, separate laundry area with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board, etc
All air conditioned (living area and master bedroom also have ceiling fans) and equipped with all bedding, towels, tea towels, etc.. There is a safety deposit box installed for your further peace of mind, plus the house is protected by a monitored burglar alarm.
The house has a small selection of family board games and holiday reading material.
The house is fully equipped with WiFi broadband.
A landline Telephone is installed, with all local and long distance calls within the USA free.
The fully screened pool and deck area at the back includes a spa. The pool and spa both have under-water lighting. Part of the patio area is covered ("lanai") and that is 26 by 8 with a light & fan in the ceiling. There is an outdoor dining table, chairs and sun-loungers.
I have contracted a local management company who can provide BBQ, additional cleaning, etc charged separately. They would obviously deal immediately with any problem that arose during your stay. They provide a 24 hour emergency number for any urgent problems.

We had a wonderful stay at the property and a relaxing weeks holiday. The home is impeccably clean throughout and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The gated community is quiet and peaceful. We would 100% stay again on another trip! The property owner is very helpful and quick to respond with questions. We had a great time at this villa, everything was as described, very clean and everything worked. Easy to use the TV, wifi, washer, dryer, air con ... everything. Rooms were perfect and bed were pretty comfy. Pool was very warm which was needed for the time of the year we went (December through January) although the weather wasn't too bad, a few cold days and we actually put on the heating rather than the air con but otherwise used the pool everyday. Very close to a Walmart as well which helped with the shopping requirements. All was just perfect

Lovely two week stay at Villa Serena. The owner had been in touch re some updates and a few changes to property which were lovely. Access was easy and the location is very pleasant and as regulars to this area very nice for us to be in familiar surroundings. Only needed to contact management company regarding pool heat as it was not warm first few days but this was rectified very quickly. Overall very happy and have already booked to return next year same time. Thank you.

The Villa was easy to find from the instructions Susan provided. It was ideally situated for all the shops, restaurants and parks. It was well equipped and very comfortable - exactly what we needed and expected. There were some lovely welcoming touches - plenty of toilet roll, dishwashing tabs, complimentary soaps in all bathrooms etc - made it just that bit better. We did need to contact the management company on 2 occasions, and they were really quick to respond and sorted everything for us.
We would definitely book this villa again, as long as it is available.

Lovely villa , really nicely decorated supplied with every single thing you could want or need.
Only one hiccup but it was due to the management not being very responsive but owner was fantastic and answered any and all my questions, queries or problems and dealt with within hours.
Lovely area and surroundings, all shops are a very short drive away and attractions just 30 mins away !! Highly recommend the villa you won't be disappointed.
