There is a formal dining area to seat 6 and a luxurious, fully fitted kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast island to seat 4. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for at-home dining including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, utensils, dishes etc.

There is a beautiful queen suite located on the ground level with a queen bed, Smart TV and a luxurious en suite bathroom.

Upstairs you will find two stylish king bedrooms with Smart TVs - one king bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with shower, twin sinks and WC.

Bedroom 4 is a fun Mickey themed twin room with Smart TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to the family bathroom.

Step outside to the beautiful pool deck with large private dip pool (not a full-size pool) and no rear neighbors. The pool deck has a shaded area with dining table and chairs for outdoor dining, Adirondack chairs for relaxed lounging in the sun by the pool plus sun loungers and a parasol. The home has a pool fence for families with children and the pool can be heated (pre-bookable optional extra).

This property has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi, Smart TVs and free local calls. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer with ironing facilities. A pack and play/travel cot, a highchair and a booster seat are provided for families with children. Beach towels are provided. At the front of the property three vehicles may park in the unassigned parking spaces.

The stunning Champions Gate resort offers you complimentary access to TWO unbeatable clubhouses, one with a brand-new waterpark. Both clubhouses offer pools with lazy rivers, kids’ splash pads and slide. The home is close to the Oasis Clubhouse that also features a bar, restaurant, a state-of-the-art gym, cinema room with daily movies, beautiful communal pool, separate large lazy river with water slide and kids’ splash pad, tennis courts and beach volleyball. The second clubhouse is a few minutes’ drive from the home and features a water park, pool, lazy river, splash pad, crazy golf plus more! The resort also offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to both clubhouses.

IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:

LOCAL AND STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 guests plus 1 infant and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Resort amenities and resort shuttle bus are owned and operated by the HOA and any closures or limits are beyond our control.
4. A maximum of 3 drivers/vehicles can be associated with your reservation (must be registered with us before your day of arrival).
5. NO PARTIES, FAMILY GATHERINGS OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. Only the guests registered on the booking are allowed at the home or resort.
6. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INCLUDING THE POOL DECK.
7. SORRY BUT THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG ADULT/STUDENT GROUPS UNDER THE AVERAGE AGE OF 25 YEARS.
8. No electric vehicle charging from the home supply.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 3 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

POOL & SPA HEATING:
POOL/SPA HEATING IS $45 PER DAY. MINIMUM OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool/spa heat in advance. If once you arrive you require pool heat, please note there is an additional $20 call-out charge for it to be switched on and the pool then takes 24 hours to get to temperature.

Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s).

We cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
