It is walking distance to the Oasis Clubhouse, just a few minutes’ drive to The Retreat Clubhouse with water park. Amenities include two pools with lazy rivers, splash pads, poolside bar, restaurant, gym, movie theatre, volleyball, tennis, arcade & more!

Step into the open-plan living space complete with lounge area featuring an impressive double-height ceiling, an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a large SMART TV, sliding doors out to the pool deck and views to the pool.

There is a formal dining area to seat 8 and a luxurious, fully fitted kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar to seat 3. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for at-home dining including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, an air fryer, utensils, dishes etc.

There are two beautiful king suites located on the ground level. The first primary king suite has a stylish beach theme with a king bed, SMART TV and a luxurious en suite bathroom with shower, twin sinks, WC and a door leading out directly to the pool deck.

The stylish second king bedroom is located at the front of the home with king bed, SMART TV, and a bathroom located directly next door with tub/shower, sink with granite counter and WC.

Head upstairs to the fantastic second living area complete with sofa, armchair and a SMART TV – it’s a great spot to hang out and enjoy a movie! There is also a workstation in this area, complete with desk, office chair and lamp.

The second primary king suite is a beautiful spacious room with king bed, SMART TV and a huge luxurious en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower, twin sinks and WC.

Bedroom 4 is an elegant twin room with Smart TV and a bathroom with tub/shower, sink and WC located right next door.

Bedroom 5 is a fun Mickey Mouse room with bunk beds to sleep 2 and a SMART TV. Located just across the hallway is the fifth bathroom with tub/shower, sink and WC.

Step outside to the lovely south-facing pool deck with private pool, spa, shaded area with comfortable seating and loungers. The home has a pool fence for families with children and the pool and spa can be heated (pre-bookable optional extra).

There is also a fantastic Star Wars themed games room in the garage with table football, kids’ air hockey and basketball game.

This property has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi, SMART TVs, cable in the main lounge area and free local calls. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer with ironing facilities. A pack and play/travel cot and a highchair are provided for babies. At the front of the property is a driveway for two vehicles, a third vehicle may park on the street. Maximum of 3 vehicles can be registered to the home.

The stunning Champions Gate resort offers you complimentary access to TWO unbeatable clubhouses, one with a brand-new waterpark. Both clubhouses offer pools with lazy rivers, kids’ splash pads and slide. The home is a quick walk to the Oasis Clubhouse that also features a bar, a restaurant, a state-of-the-art gym, cinema room with daily movies, beautiful communal pool with bar, separate large lazy river with water slide and kids’ splash pad, tennis courts, beach volleyball. The second clubhouse is a few minutes’ drive from the home and features a water park, pool, lazy river, splash pad, crazy golf plus more! The resort also offers a complimentary shuttle bus to both clubhouses.

IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:

LOCAL AND STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 10 guests plus 1 infant and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Resort amenities are owned and operated by the HOA and any closures or limits are beyond our control.
4. A maximum of 3 drivers/vehicles can be associated with your reservation (must be registered with us before your day of arrival). 2 cars can park on the driveway. 1 additional car can park on the street.
5. NO PARTIES, FAMILY GATHERINGS OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. Only the guests registered on the booking are allowed at the home.
6. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INCLUDING THE POOL DECK.
7. SORRY BUT THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG ADULT/STUDENT GROUPS UNDER THE AVERAGE AGE OF 25 YEARS.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 3 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

POOL & SPA HEATING:
POOL/SPA HEATING IS $45 PER DAY+TAX. MINIMUM OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool/spa heat in advance. If once you arrive you require pool heat, please note there is an additional $20 call-out charge for it to be switched on and the pool then takes 24 hours to get to temperature.

Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). The spa will be set to 99 degrees (the spa is not a hot tub and is part of the pool so it requires pool heat to heat). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to State sanitary regulations.

We cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
