Enjoy the south-facing heated swimming pool and private boat dock. The sundeck is well equipped with outdoor furnishings, sun-loungers & dining table and if fishing is your passion you only have to step outside to enjoy some of the best saltwater fishing the Cape has to offer. The private boat dock is ideal for the professional and casual fisherman alike, and an automatic boat lift is available for the serious boater to take to the water and explore the network of tropical waterways.
The home has two separate living areas. The main entranceway opens to a sitting room offering peaceful views of the waterway and direct access to the sun deck. This area offers a relaxing atmosphere and “quiet” area away from the main family room. Next to the sitting room is an attractive dining area with stylish modern furnishings, ideal for casual dining or for that special romantic celebration.
The main family room offers a second spacious living area with ample seating for six and a large wide screen TV. It enjoys beautiful open views of the waterway and has access directly to the pool and sun deck.
Enjoy air-conditioned dining indoors, or enjoy dining al fresco by candlelight outside under the shimmering stars. Chefs and cooks alike will appreciate the spacious kitchen with many amenities to make cooking and dining a pleasure. A walk-in utility room has family washer and dryer.
The home is a short 10-minute drive from tennis courts and Cape Coral beach. Championship golf courses, waterfront dining and Sunsplash Water Park are all close by. Visit the Four Mile Cove Ecology Park, hire a kayak for the day or simply walk the boardwalk to experience the truly stunning array of wildlife. Gulf Coast Town Center mall, Coconut Point and Miramar Factory Outlet, offer department stores, name brand outlets and specialist boutique style stores.
Experience the unique culture that is Naples or take a day trip to Key West by the fast catamaran service from Fort Myers. The Everglades State park and exciting Miami are easily accessible for a family day out.

Overall quality Rating 5 out of 5 Our stay was quite wonderful especially with perfect weather the entirety of our stay. The process of getting in and out is fairly easy and is very detailed. The accommodations of having a nice drive way and pool were great bonuses.
Beautiful home, perfect location! Everything was just as it showed in the listing pictures. My family would highly recommend. After an exhausting day of flight delays and middle of the night arrival, we walked into this beautiful home with soft lighting and music playing! Perfect location, loved everything about it.
The property exceeds all expectations!! Beautifullly furnished and decorated house with all the amenities needed for a spectacular vacation! Heated pool and spa were an added bonus. Location was near restaurants and grocery store and retail shopping. 2 Pristine white sand beaches Would definitely book this lovely home again! Date of arrival - 3 January 2022
I currently work in a high stress environment and really needed time to relax and re-energize. My wife and I found this listing which was further south Florida than we normally would visit. The drive down was long but worth it. Everything looked perfect and all of the accommodations were there for the task at hand (relaxation). The next trip will be for longer and maybe even buy in this area. Thanks so much for your rental.
If I could give it 10 stars I would. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this home. We loved the pool and spa along with the dock where we fished. The house is clean and more spacious then it looks. We look forward to coming back! Book this house, you won’t be sorry!
We had a great time staying here. I couldn’t get my kids out of the pool! The house is great for families and the location is great - close to stores and restaurants.
