Enjoy our wonderful sunsets with the western exposure view from the screened enclosed lanai. With 2,134 sq ft of living area , our home is fully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
This beautiful gulf access home features a king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and 2 XL twin beds in bedroom 3. There is also a Pack N Play crib. There are smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and twin bedroom.
There are two full baths, one attached to the master suite includes a double head shower and bath tub. The other bath also includes a shower/tub.
Wireless internet is accessible throughout the house and lanai.
The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops includes all major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot --everything needed to feel like home.
The screened lanai has a gas grill and a large dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. There are also chaise lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Guests enjoy fishing off of our dock. You might also see turtles, ducks and sometimes even manatees.

We are from Maryland and have been spending time in Cape Coral for over 20 years. We love the weather, the proximity to several beaches, kayaking, and just relaxing by the pool. We are excited to have our own place to share with others. Thee are so many reasons why we love this home: Stunning western exposure with beautiful sunsets by the pool; Quiet family friendly neighborhood; Large wooden dock great for fishing or just watching the ducks, turtles and other wildlife in the canal; Five minute walk down the street to a park, cafe and church; Five-eight minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping!
