THE SPACE
This oversized four bedroom, two and a half bath, two story well-kept home has spectacular views of the rolling hills and is the perfect getaway for both small or large groups. As you walk into the house you are welcomed by an open floor plan, high vault ceilings, and lots of natural light. The centrally located brick wood burning fireplace captures your attention along with the two walls of windows highlighting the endless views. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the endless views with your favorite local wine.
The open dining room and full kitchen area are adjacent to the living room. The full kitchen was designed for someone who loves to entertain with lots of counter space, a six-stove burner, updated stainless steel appliances and large windows on two sides allowing plenty of morning light to bathe the area.
On the entry level you will find the spacious luxury suite with an ensuite bathroom. This impressive area has its own attached deck with marvelous views looking northeast. There is also a half bath accessible from the main living areas on this level. Downstairs are three large bedrooms, laundry room and a full bathroom.

THE HOME
Hillside Wine Escape is located in the Upscale Westside of Templeton. The spacious 2350 square foot home offers a fireplace, full kitchen, spacious luxury suite with king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bath and walk-out balcony. Downstairs are three additional bedrooms. Two with king beds and another with two full beds. Each bedroom has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. There is a full bathroom on this level and easy access to the hot tub on the lower patio.

LIVING AREA
Unwind in the sunlit stepdown living area, furnished with two sofas, stream new releases on the 55-inch smart TV using popular streaming services. Everyone will appreciate the freestanding cocktail arcade machine with five hundred games. There is a wood burning fireplace for guests to enjoy on cool evenings.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cooks will appreciate the full kitchen appointed with anything a cook would need. The dining room seats six with two highchairs for the little ones. There are also 4 barstools at the peninsula, so seating for 10 is very easy. The dining area provides the perfect place for the family to enjoy after dinner cards or board games.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to ten guests. Three brand new King Beds and two full Beds and a portable crib for young families. A new plush king-size bed awaits in the spacious luxury suite, and a 55-inch smart TV allows guests to enjoy their favorite shows from bed or a spacious sitting area. The upgraded ensuite bath includes both a soaking tub and shower.
Two of the downstairs bedrooms are furnished with plush king size beds and 42 inch smart TV's. The third bedroom has two full beds and a 42 inch smart TV. There is also a full-size bathroom on this level.

OUTDOOR AREA
Hillside Wine Escape has numerous areas to relax and enjoy the outdoors. On the upper deck, barbecue steaks on the gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals at the outdoor dining table with remarkable views of the rolling hills. After dinner head to the patio downstairs with a comfortable seating area and a fire pit. Later relax in the new 7-person hot tub accentuated with LED lighting inside and out. The spa includes comfortable chairs, a cool down seat, large footwell with hydromassage and rotary jets.

NEARBY
Numerous fine wineries are within a 5-mile radius. Tin City is a three-mile drive and has both wine tasting, beer tasting and many restaurants. Downtown Paso Robles is six miles away with numerous wineries, restaurants, shopping and golf. The ocean is just 30-minute drive over Highway 46.
