The master bedroom has a king bed; master bath has double sinks, garden tub, privacy toilet & shower. A second "suite" has a full bath leading to the lanai/pool area. The garage was transformed into a fun game room. Surrounded by beautiful landscaping, top quality outdoor furnishings & a ceiling fan, you have an outdoor paradise at home!

**PET POLICY Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. This house features a game room inside the garage.
BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm** If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
